The staff were really good and anything we asked of them did not appear to be any problems for them, also very friendly. The only downside as we had twin singles x 3 and the beds were fairly small with most of the guys legs hanging over the end, apart from that all good

The hotel is low-rise and close to the road. Our room faced the road and was over the loading area, making for lots of noise in the early morning (bins being emptied and trucks making deliveries). The room was fitted out as pictured and clean. A strip on the bottom of the door would stop the light coming in from the corridor (we used a towel to block the light). The selection of tv channels was eclectic.

昨年の11月にも宿泊しましたが、その時も良かったので再度４泊しました。 場所的にもどこへ行くにも近くて便利で良いです。 隣所にはレンタカー屋さん、コインランドリーもあり非常に便利です。 また、スタッフの皆さんも親切でニコニコしてくれて、日本人のスタッフもいてたいへん助かりました。 特に日本人スタッフの女性の方は良かったです。チェックアウトする最後に会えてお礼を言えなかったのは残念でした。

Good location for the price

Beautiful old school hotel. Close to everything. Nice breakfast, good facilities. Rooms were fantastic for families and very well equipped with lots of extras. Balcony, 2 fridges, coffee machine, microwave. Check in was quick and easy - room was ready early. Staff very friendly. Parking was easy and free. Cannot fault this hotel and would stay again if going back to Cairns.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut! Die Dame beim Checkin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sehr geräumig, wenn auch etwas muffig. Das Hotel liegt zentral und fußläufig ist alles gut erreichbar.

Expedia website indicated airport shuttle was included. The hotel called for a taxi, but we ended up footing the bill! Also noted that there was no attendant in the lobby one of the evenings there -a couple travelers were trying to check in but couldn't reach staff. Staff who we encountered were very courteous. The room was fine, but there was no safe which I feel is necessary especially in a city. We did not use the pool or go to the restaurant so I cannot comment on those.

Bar and restaurant was closed WiFi awful but hotel is clean and a good location not to far of a walk to the night markets and the lagoon

A lack of parking at the property and street parking only option

Great hotel, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good location and very nice rooms with loads of space and great bathrooms with fantastic showers!

Room airconditioning wasnt too cold enough

口コミレベルが7.0だったので不安ながら予約いれたけど、めっちゃよかったです。夜10時半に着いたけど、優しいスタッフがいてチェックイン手続きを済ませてくれました。サイトには空港シャトルサービスが有料であると書いたけど、なかったのが残念でした。遅すぎるからかな…部屋も広いし綺麗で、用品も充実でした。気持ちよく3日間過ごしました。

Great welcome at reception. Very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Good selection of drinks available. Restaurant closed for refurb but plenty of food options nearby Evan is a fantastic host and I look forward to returning to Mercure very soon. Cheers Geraint

The restaurant is under renovation, disappointing to Not have access to food / drinks around the pool. But staff were friendly and hotel in a good area close to everything.

Staff were nice but the room cleaners were not great they kept forgetting stuff

Clean and contemporary however. Lovely family room with adjoining bedrooms and a kitchen. Great shower. We chose it as we wanted to turn up and eat there prior to an early flight next day snd restaurant was being renovated and we had to walk out of the hotel grounds to get to the pool. Advance warning would have been nice.
