Everything was good. I will be going back to that property soon I do like it.

Awful service. Phone did not work. No shampoo no body wash. No tissues. Requested at front desk and was told we’re out of luck. Room service walked in on us naked despite not checking out and having a do not disturb sign on the handle.

We arrived and large sign on counter said no TV service. Staff was friendly but hard to hear, she said there were 10 rooms in the hotel that still had TV and gave us one of those. Very noisy in middle of night. The people above us were marching loudly across the room at all hours in the am. We didn't get much sleep.

Great location but that’s about it. Stayed here for a hockey trip. If you’re there for a night, it’s doable, but seek a different chain for longer nights. Mold in the shower, loud hallways, and you can hear every conversation. Pub attached for dinner was nice. No TVs this weekend but that’s not the end of the world. Probably a 6/10. Average.

Tv's were out of service the whole time i was there. Internet connection was down on one morning. Food in the "breakfast" area was frozen and tasteless. Hotel is extremely run down. I come here every year, and thought i would save money. You get what you pay for.

The first room I was assigned, the air conditioner did not work (it was in the upper 90s that weekend), there was garbage in the garage bins and the door handle had something very sticky like caulk on it. The guy at the front desk was very nice and put me in another room which was an upgrade and much nicer and the air conditioner worked. The property is very run down. They also mow the grass and clean rooms at 8 am. There appear to be people living here and there was some domestic arguments in the hallway on one of the nights I stayed. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Very Poor Management Trashy outside the building...not kept clean. NO TV at all in the whole building Telephone rang in the AM for one hour and there was an attendant present but she did not answer. I confronted her...she then did answer at least one time...absolutely terrible. Breakfast weak at best. The property structure has great possibilities as does the area...but NO Management at all!!!!!

This hotel was booked through the Park, Stay, Fly program. It advertised 24/7 shuttle included. When we arrived we were told we would need to Uber to airport and by the way the hotel didn't have television service either. On our return from our trip 2 weeks later, they still could not shuttle us and told us to Uber again and 'no' the television was still not in service. They did reimburse us for the Uber service. I feel they should have let us know before us arriving. I would not have stayed 20 miles from the airport had I known. I looked online when I got back and they are still advertising on the Park, Stay, Fly site that they offer 24/7 shuttle. That is not right

The TV service for the whole building was out/not working. The good thing we were refunded some money for this amenity not being available. The room did not seem like it had been cleaned recently because there was some paper trash on the floor, little dead gnats all over the window sill, the coffee maker had a used coffee pod in it, the mini fridge was unplugged (which we thought initially was broken) and the bathroom had peeling paint right above the shower in several places. This is a poor representation of a Radisson based hotel and I would not recommend staying here based off my experience.

Only one pool open at a time always trashed towels everywhere and food and drinks. Every time we went in we would clean it up . Kids running around unsupervised and in the pool no adults around.

There was no TV service at all. We should have been told this at booking or at least given a discount

Horrible stay. Do not recommend!!! The whole hotel smells old and looks even worse. The outside is very nice however the inside is horrible!

Hotel TV service was out of service our entire 3 day stay. No compensation offered. No hotel control of guess noise levels after 10:00 PM. Rates were cheap and you get what you pay for!
