Hotel lindo, alrededor es tranquilo. El personal de la recepción es amable. La ropa de cama no estaba limpia del todo. Encontré cabellos en las almohadas. Abrieron mi habitación sin consentimiento, estando yo adentro. El hotel está cerca de una parada de tren que se escucha cada 20min súper fuerte

The restaurant is NOT open for lunch and dinner like it says on the listing. It is only open for breakfast. The airport shuttle is not a real shuttle. 48 hours is needed to see if the driver they use is even available. The front desk told me to use uber when it is illegal in Costa Rica.

El personal es muy amable… la ubicación aunque es muy céntrica, hay muchas indigentes cerca y piden dinero o amanecen afuera duermiendo.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear people walking by loudly. Good, central location, friendly vibe.

Staff was extremely friendly. Very noisy area with the street car that passes nearby making it hard to sleep in. Breakfast buffet was great

No details were sent to me for a late check-in. The taxi from the airport called 3 times and no one answered. We had to knock on the door at the entrance to wake the reception person. Not a great start, but the hotel itself was charming.

The front desk clerk was abrasive, the room had no A/C, the beds were hard, no handicap accessibility, no parking, breakfast was good. The room was clean the shower was nice w/ hot water.

This hotel is in a centrally located area in San Jose with nice dining options nearby, shopping, museums, and theaters. Each room is unique and clean. The breakfast bar has nice fresh fruit, eggs, pinto, plantains, toast, creal, cheese, juice, coffee, and tea available. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The property is very centrally located---just minutes to the National Museum of CR, restaurants, theaters, etc. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was good--they did not serve any meat at all but overall good.
