The room smelled like smoke/body odor/sweat/possibly cat urine. The bathtub has black mold in it. Bathroom didn't appear clean. The fridge was dirty and slimy. The bedspread had blood spots on it. The photo of the room on the site didn't match the room we got. I was going to wash clothes but there was chunks of food in the washer, gross and dirty. Definitely not worth the amount of money we paid to stay.

Room was dirty. Bathroom and tub had long black hairs everywhere. Crumbs on the bedroom floor. I usually give the benefit of the doubt to cleaning crew but this instance just seemed like they didn't care. I was dealing with a plumbing situation at home so I was frustrated and tired I didn't even have the energy to keep switching my kids around to different rooms.

The first room they gave me, one of the beds was not completely made up and the bathtub Had multiple multiple stains in it. There was a dirty washcloth left in the shower and there was mold around the edges of the tub and tile . The front desk was polite and gave me another room. The beds were better this time, but the bathtub was moldy and disgusting. There were stains in the lap shades and the whole hallway was musty and smelled of smoke. I checked out a day early because of the poor conditions of the hotel.

Unfortunately very dirty room! Cleaning crew needs to be checked on or retrained. Hair and pee stains on base of toilet...shower had lots of mildew...coffee pot had coffee still in it from previous guest with mold floating on top! Luckily i don't drink coffee. Room smelled musty and may have been a previous smoking room. I didn't go looking for this stuff, it was just obvious! Looks like cleaning crew just made the beds and called it a day. Front desk people and experience was fine. No complaints. Hope the staff uses this as a wake up call.

The bedroom was dirty. There was hair in both the sink and the bath tub. On the second night we were woken up by the management saying there was a problem with the room and that I had to go down stairs. When I got downstairs they said it was another room that they were having a problem with. You get what yoo pay for, I guess.

It was a great place to stay

Wish it had a pool. It was walking distance to several good restaurants. Breakfast was ok but juice machine was broken and decaf coffee didn’t work. Front desk clerk who checked us in was great. Charming, efficient and pleasant..

It is the same building as a super 8 but priced more. Same entrance, same desk, same staff, same room. Just two signs outside.

Didn’t notice any room service except for one when I pretty much stayed in the room, but never saw dirty towels taken out or bed made. Way too much noise on upper floor, woke me up several times each night. There wasn’t much of a breakfast selection compared to other locations or even other chains.

Could be the timing of our stay but seemed a bit overpriced for what it was. For instance the lamp was broken in our room and the sheets were stained and threadbare. It’s fine and gets the job done but wouldn’t stay here again.

It was pretty smelly and dirty. Would not recommend

Room was very clean! For Check in and check out I was able to complete on my phone. Very handy as really was a time saver. Very friendly staff!

the "breakfast included" was terrible... no selection, and a terribly small area...

Great price looks and smells clean

Wonderful staff. This was a perfectly good affordable hotel. Lots of parking.

I should've checked before I booked that it was pet friendly. Upon entering the room the overwhelming (cover up) floral scent was awful. We had to turn on the fan immediately to get some air flow. The floors felt like we were walking on sticky wax and the tub was awful. The sink had a stopper in that we could barely let the water out. I am including pics of the bathroom...where apparently a dog scratched off the wood surrounding the door and what looked like fecal matter on the wall. The breakfast bar was the best thing...we had waffles and they were good. Only stayed there to sleep and couldn't wait to wake up to leave. We are not picky just wanted a clean place to stay.

I choose to sleep in a clean room (for a very reasonable price) so I can spend my money out and about having fun during the rest of the day. Thank you!

Nice quiet property. Elevator broke and door got stuck while we were on it. Sheets dirty. Bathroom dirty. Friendly staff.

Curtains were stained. Bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Dirty lampshades. Phone did not work. Room mirrow was streaked (not cleaned properly).

Clean property and friendly staff!
