Overall satisfied. However as a senior citizen would have preferred a walk-in shower rather that a tub shower. Also, and most importantly, there were no grab bars in the tub/shower area. May be a violation of the ADA regulations.

Room was updated. Nice stay for the price.

Honestly for the price, our hotel experience at the Comfort Inn wasn’t bad. The beds were very comfy, AC worked great. Wish the bathrooms were more upgraded, seemed outdated and not the cleanest. The pool was good but it was a little cloudy and needed more water. Breakfast was awful. Over all I give this a 3/10 over all. There is NO elevator so you will have to carry everything yourself. We were here 4th of July weekend and the front desk associate booked an elderly couple upstairs and didn’t come until after my wife and I carried their bags up for them while we’re dripping wet from the pool. If we wouldn’t have been there this elderly couple would have severely struggled with their bags and the stairs. It was shameful for the hotel to do that to him. Beds were soft which we surprisingly liked! The beds were the best!

This needs to be updated-think they are working on it-not very appealing in the hallways! The staff were all very nice and we enjoyed talking with them! Very helpful. No maid service during our visit and had to ask for towels.

Nice big shower with shower chair available. The only thing it's missing is grab bars. No other complaints.

If they were remodeling they stopped half way through and forgot to start back up 20 years ago. Old outdated

The room we stayed in was clean and updated, but the foyer was outdated. The beds were comfortable with an easy check in. Overall, it was a good experience.

Was a great stay for a quick one night visit. The bed was super comfy and everything looked clean.

The hotel has a very run down appearance but the room was surprisingly well kept. Bed was very comfortable and soft, clean with no stains. I would stay here again.

Bellefontaine is such a cute, charming town it would have been nice had the hotel been more so. Check in was good, the girls at the front desk was friendly. Upon parking and unloading we entered the back of the hotel where hall lights seemed to be out or bulbs were burned out. Instantly felt depressing. The room was clean and probably recently remodeled. We had a great view of the pool that wasn't operational despite it being late May. Workout facility was tiny and sparse with equipment. Breakfast typical powdered eggs, paper bacon, waffles and biscuits and gravy (the gravy was in a pot and they used plastic to contain it- carcinogenic- yuck! Overall despite it being clean I'm glad we only stayed overnight. There has to be something better for lodging around

Property is undergoing renovation but our room was clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was decent plus service area was kept totally clean and tidy.

It was great for an overnight stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Easy check-in. Hallways and rooms carpet could be updated. But no real complaints. It was also quiet, which I appreciated.

My room and bathroom were clean. Thats all i needed and i got it
