Clean and quiet. Staff was cordial.

we had a terrible check-in. We had two rooms. One room had to be changed because the AC wasn't working. The coffee pot didn't work and said room and the TV didn't work. And the other room, the toilet was clogged most of the time and the AC also didn't work, but we needed our rooms close together so we just sucked it up. It was a terrible day and we would never stay here again. there were young kids having hotel parties and we had to call the front desk at 12:30 AM and again at 7 AM to get them to be quiet.

The rooms could use an upgrade

You can hear everything in the hallway. It’s like the door are made of paper. You hear any little sound. Besides that it’s very well kept.

We believe when you book through a 3rd party you are treated differently then when you book through the hotel itself. We had book before with the hotel and the floor and room was redone with bright colors and nice room, when we booked with a 3rd party the floor was old and need of an upgrade room was nice but old. The staff was friendly and the overall hotel is kept clean. We had stayed at the Marriott across the street that we booked through a 3rd party and they treated the same as everyone else, acknowledge we were rewards members and we are with IGH loyalty members yet treated differently.

First of all, the staff 10/10. The rooms, CCCCCCCCLEAN. Refreshing. Smells fresh. The amenities were cute and just enough. I didn’t go to the restaurant but my brother did and he said it was incredible. So close to the airport as well! I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Tampa

Yuni went above and beyond to make our check in process smooth and fit our circumstances. Room is clean and updated. Free shuttle to the airport is a plus too. Hotel was perfect for our trip!

Staff were very warm and friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property to someone else.

coffee maker broken. not enough towels

I want to know why they charged my credit card as when I was checking out I asked and was told there were no charges. I am waiting for a reply.

Was in town for a concert so made it a mini vacation. Hotel wad convenient to venue, easy to get to various attractions, stores and other dining options. Room was clean. Small maintenance issues but nothing that fisrupted our stay. Only issue was pillows. No sturdy pillows for eatching tv on bed. Elevators were fast do no or minimal waiting even though hotel was full. Staff was very helpful. Even contacted a shuttle service for the concert goers staying there Ate twice in restruant there. Foid was hood and great service. Didn't get meal package so a little pricey. Didnt use hotel facilities- pool, gym, etc so can't comment on those items. Pool was open and looked well maintained. Would highly recommend staying there and will again if the opportunity arises sgain.

We had to change rooms because of the air not working properly.

computers were down at check-in but staff rallied up, felt comfortable and happy. was drunk the whole time with fellow ac/dc concert goers. great time!

The property staff lacked knowledge, I was misinformed several times. One being when I asked about the shuttle times before arriving , I was told there would be one available. The shuttle stops after 10pm. The property was nice but the staff really doesn’t

They need a coffee station so everyone can enjoy real coffee instead of a Keurig in the room with very little to choose from for sugar and creamer

I did like the convenient location and overall cleanliness. I did have a issue with water pressure and temperature.

Wonderful place at and great staff!

Booked a club level room, was informed at check in that they did away with club level rooms since covid. Well why was I able to book one online?!?! Went to the on property restaurant for dinner, don’t waste your time for subpar food and terrible service. Waited over 15 minutes for a soda refill, ended having to get up and ask for it myself. Food came out cold. Servers just standing in the corner talking, like the couldn’t be bothered. Room I stayed in, when using the bathtub and draining, it would back up the sink and make the room stink.
