Well I thought it was okay until I was charged over $250 for smoking outside with a cigarette stand right beside me. It makes completely no sense. They also charged me $20 a night for an incidental fee and kept it. It was crap from the get go .

There were no towels in the bathroom. No soap in the dispensers. Black in color mold on the bathroom ceiling.The hotel was excessively noisy. Continuous smell of marijuana throughout the hotel (even though signs are posted of no smoking). After having stayed in several Fairfield hotels, this was the worst.

Front desk staff were amazing!! I wish I knew the girls name who checked us in because she was really sweet. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Not impressed. There was no breakfast. Our room never got cleaned. Had to go to the desk for towels

Check in seems a little difficult for them. Our room was on the first floor and had a weird odor. The ceiling was water stained. Bathroom looked very aged. Bed linens were newer and seemed clean.

Staff was great good quiet sleep

1st night 11 - 2 am. Second night 1-4 am youths loud to shouting in hallway at least three groups. At breakfast two other couples expressed same concerned. All happened with in 75ft of managers desk. Not expected for $294.

The hotel is aged somewhat , but was clean. The clerk was very polite and helpful

Mattresses & pillows were really comfortable! The room had an odd smell, but other than that, it was super clean!

Quite, covenant to my reason for being in Stillwater. Easy parking. Good morning breakfast.

Room wasn’t clean very well. The bathtub had rust in it around the drain. On the outside of the bathtub there was rust also and the wallpaper was peeling off at the bottom around the corners near the bathtub. The room needs to be remodeled and updated. Also the plug for the lamp didn’t work and they had kleenex stuffed on both sides of the drawer to keep the drawer shut. It made it look like someone just placed the Kleenex on both sides of the drawer that had been used. It just gave a nasty look and that the room hadn’t been cleaned.

It was a good, quiet place. Breakfast was just ok!

Bathroom could have been cleaner but was not enough to not stay there.

Friendly staff, but we paid an enormous amount of money (being a football game weekend) for a basic king bed room. The mattress was soft and my husband and I kept rolling to the middle. The carpet was wet and the staff put fans in the room to accommodate, but they couldn't move us because they were sold out and the manager wouldn't budge on the more the really high price.

Manager overbooked and moved my reservation to Home2 Suites, which was fabulous. Sheer luck they found me rooms after a late cancellation there as it was homecoming weekend. I was notified afternoon day before my arrival!

Excellent staff and close to everything. Nice room with comfy bed.

The staff was wonderful, the property left a lot to be desired. The water smells horrible and it infiltrates the lobby. Our room was filled with mildew. The bathroom ceiling has definitely had/has a leak and they have clearly painted over the mold. The baseboards were mildewed and they AC has a funk. We were in town for a college tour and game so town was booked solid or we would have moved elsewhere. Staff was friendly and very helpful but I wouldn’t book this hotel again until it has a full remodel.
