The rooms was cold, I even had to turn the heat on in the middle of July. There was a funny smell in the lobby, the door needed to be forced closed so the locks would work. The bedding was thin and old looking. There were not charging ports for phones. Most hotels these days no matter how old they are have upgraded to include some sort of lamp or charging ports by the bed. I only needed one night, but if I were to stay 2 or more nights I wouldn't recommend this place.

We stayed here because we were attending a concert at Commonwealth Stadium. The beds were comfortable, newly renovated rooms, staff were welcoming and kind.

The bathroom door was extremely hard to close. Weird that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Room was clean, bed was comfy.

I came in late at 6 am and the guy receptionist was so rude. My reservation was cancelled even though I paid but end up getting a room. The room was cold. To get in the hotel, the door was flooded with water and the receptionist careless. Never again will I stay there. Overall experience was just awful.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. Our room was finished and very gorgeous Unfortunately our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working when we checked in It was fixed shortly after our check-in The staff was extremely helpful . Some floors were not being used due to the construction
