地方小，老旧，但是位置不错。

Fica no 15º arr. mas com um metro na porta, chegamos fácil nos principais pontos turísticos. Check-in somente às 15h é muito ruim. Quarto bem pequeno, bem como a cama e o banheiro. Box minúsculo, chuveiro bom. Qualidade do sono boa, quarto bem escuro e silencioso. Bairro bom, tem tudo o que precisa ao redor

The staff was friendly, but the air conditioning didn't work very well. There were lots of mosquitoes and flies above the door to the room, and from the moment we first walked in, the bathroom smelled awful. We had to keep the bathroom door closed the whole time so the room wouldn't smell so bad.

We stayed at the garden area rooms. Stairs to go to 1st floor. Not sure how are the other rooms, but ours was comfortable (with carpet - made us sneeze a lot), with air conditioning . They have breakfast but we decided not eat over there. Convenient stores, restaurants, pharmacy, and bakery all nearby. The metro (convention) few steps away.

Fantastic sraff

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. We checked in,(staying for 13 nights) and were shown to a room that smelled bad , had peeling wallpaper, and very stained carpet. I complained and was shown a slightly better room in the garden area. I was ready to take a loss on the hotel stay and find another hotel, we were then shown a third room and were told to stay in this room two nights until a better room became available. The next day a tolerable room was found for us, it still needed upkeep, safe and telephone did not work. bathroom cabinet door was askew and ready to fall off. Paint was chipped off throughout hotel. Most of the staff was was tolerant of the clients, not proactive. Bilal was by far the best. The garden was probably very nice at one time, needs upkeep. DO NOT GO BY THE ONLINE PICTURES. We have stayed in hotels all over Paris, this was the worst.

Hotel próximo ao metrô e mercados (Monoprix e Carrefour City). Bom custo-benefício.

Super friendly staff. Not close to main attractions.

Equipe de funcionários excelente, principalmente o Amin. A foto do quarto na reserva é diferente, não há cabeceira nas camas. O banheiro é estava com cortina porque o box estava quebrado. A limpeza do quarto e banheiro era insatisfatória, havia sujeira no chão do quarto e banheiro. Precisa fiscalizar e orientar. A localização tinha metro ao lado, padarias, mercados.

Ils pourraient inclure le déjeuner pour un coût de 475$ CAD (295€) / nuit. Très petite chambre, sans ascenseur. Bagagerie, derrière un rideau de tissus dans le lobby. Par contre, personnel gentil et avenant, belle petite court intérieure avec végétation abondante. Lieu agréable.

Camera pulita, bagno ok anche se un po’ old fashioned e a terra c’è la moquette che non amo Personale gentile Colazione buona Posizione ottima, zona servita e ben collegata!

Pas super propre, mais une equipe sympathique, agreable et a l’ecoute

パリの中心部からは少し離れていますが、比較的リーズナブルなお値段で泊まれたので、満足しています。また、このホテルチェーンは、無料の飲み物や軽食もおいてあるようですので、その点もお薦めできるかもしれません。

Hôtel bien situé près d'une bouche de métro et pas loin de la gare Montparnasse. Personnel très accueillant. Rien à redire sur les services de l'hôtel (petit déjeuner, propreté...) Mais personnellement, j'ai été dérangée par le bruit du métro et de la rue.
