Staff was very professional

beautiful hotel with plenty of room to explore and hang out. Breakfast was not included $12-$15 pp/p day. Room was clean with plenty of room. conveniently located close to Biltmore Estate and many breweries. Would def recom. staying here

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I also enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious.

The carpet in the room had some moldy smell. Dont think it was ever been steamed cleaned. The elevator was so old. All the business around the hotel were mostly out of business. There was no place to visit or walk nearby. The hotel should lower the price or include the breakfast for that price.

Overall a quiet comfortable stay. Hotel was amazing!!

Love this place. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and love the room with the couch! Would choose this hotel over any others in the area!

Comfortable in general. Staff was attentive and efficiently resolved an air condition issue. On site dining for breakfast was good

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are very professional, informative, attentive, and helpful. The overall hotel is nice. The room is a bit small and not quite a nice as the rest of the hotel. But it served our needs just fine. We would stay here again.

No restaurant for lunch or dinner. Had to leave premise. This was very inconvenient, especially since I just checked in after an 8 hour drive nd was tired and hungry

Great location. We got a different type of room than what we’d reserved which was disappointing but not terrible. We just wanted the seating area that the room we reserved should have had. We’d also requested a microwave in our room and never got a response. We didn’t but the front desk about it as the hotel was packed with no vacancy and they had their hands full. Check in was not as simple as most Hiltons that just allow me to check in via the app and our key cards didn’t work more than half of the time, but the digital key was fine and we didn’t bother to spend our time or the staff’s getting our key cards fixed. If we hadn’t had the digital key we would have had to, though. The hotel is nice, very clean, the staff is great, and it’s very conveniently located. We chose it for this trip because it was more affordable than our usual place and we’d stayed there before so knew it was acceptable. We will definitely stay again, though it doesn’t surpass our usual place on our preference list.

Staff was very nice but didn’t give any details such as breakfast offerings or that the attached restaurant was permanently closed. Also $75 pet fee for a one nights stay seems crazy high. Expedia mentions $50 pet fee, not $75. Need to change this. I rarely get charged a pet fee in Charleston at similar hotels. Room was quiet but entire hotel decor is outdated. Elevator closest to our room was out of order.

The stay was okay. Everything was good until bed time when the people next to us were so loud they woke us up.

Staff was courteous and professional. Room had carpet frays in areas( needs remod) Ptec unit was filthy!

We were greeted with a smile and friendly conversation.
