酒店刚入住的时候屋里气味非常闷，还发现一只小强，房间的条件只能说过得去。 早餐算是比较好的在法国，还比较丰富。

Très bon hôtel mais un problème avec le flexible de douche qui fuyait abondamment .

The Mercure was great, great location, comfy room and very well located. We used it for a stop before the early Caen ferry and it worked really well. It’s an easy Walt to the nearby shops including a very good Carrefore for any last minute shopping or food for the ferry. The staff were warm and friendly and we will definitely make it a regular stay now we’ve been there 😀

This is not. 4* hotel. It has a restaurant but doesn’t open (it) at weekends, so we might as well as stayed in a more authentic ‘local brand’ hotel.

A really lovely hotel, ideally located for ferry terminal. The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful, even letting us store our bikes in a meeting room overnight. Would recommend.

Hotel was very functional with a good buffer breakfast. Rooms were not ready when we for the at 18h but they got it sorted out within about 20 mins. Staff wasn’t overly friendly about the delay though…

Friendly staff, free parking, very comfortable room, we booked two rooms and we were given interlinking rooms without having to ask which was very thoughtful and appreciated. We had a notification the day before we arrived to say there would be no restaurant in the evening while we we're there. We ate lunch several times during our stay and along with breakfast the food was excellent. Side note: Hotel had been taken over by US veterans and their support for D-Day, the veterans were inspiring and friendly, their support less so and a little overwhelming. We'd definitely stay again!

Chambres très confortables et parfaitement équipées, joliment décorées. Un bon restaurant également, le personnel est très sympathique et avenant.

Bien qu'un peu isolé, l'hôtel est accueillant et dispose d'un parking gratuit dans son enceinte. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Deux petits bémols : cela parait bête mais le fait de ne pas avoir de téléphone en chambre ne permet pas de communiquer directement avec la réception - un peu frustrant quand la chambre est quasiment à l'autre bout de l'établissement. Quant au buffet du petit déjeuner, la partie chaude / salée pourrait être beaucoup plus variée. À part cela, l'établissement reste de très bon rapport qualité / prix.

Hôtel au top, restaurant également, salle de sport superbe, il manque juste un petit tapis de course. Chambre très confort, agréable nuit

Propreté de la chambre moyen, et mauvaise odeur des draps. Robinet de la douche cassé qui alterne en envoyant de l’eau chaude puis froide. Très bon petit déjeuner
