Great location

a big hotel with so so service.

5 mins walk to metro station. 1 mins walk to Costanera Shopping Mall. There are some nice restaurants around the hotel. Staffs provided excellent service and arrangement. The only thing is no good is staff ask for TIPS all the time. And the housekeeper not vacaumn the floor daily.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Tolle Zimmer und sehr sauber. Leider hatte es bei uns im 15. Stock etwas nach Kloake im Flur gerochen. Geht nicht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Bar sollte um 22:30 schließen. Um 22:05 war sie bereits geschlossen. Sehr schade. Vor allem in einem 5 Sterne Hotel!

Ótima estrutura, bom café da manhã, localização maravilhosa. Porém; a ducha do chuveiro é muito ruim e o ralo do banheiro entupiu várias vezes. O cartão de acesso ao quarto não funcionava. Mas, o atendimento é sensacional. Vale a pena!!! Mas eles precisam melhorar pontos que são essenciais para um hotel 5 estrelas.

Excellent location

It was a great, spacious suite with a view of the Costanera tower. The staff was friendly and we greatly appreciated the ability to check in early (for a small fee). The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible to the metro anywhere else in the city.
