Great location

a big hotel with so so service.

5 mins walk to metro station. 1 mins walk to Costanera Shopping Mall. There are some nice restaurants around the hotel. Staffs provided excellent service and arrangement. The only thing is no good is staff ask for TIPS all the time. And the housekeeper not vacaumn the floor daily.

Habitación amplia, buena vista. Iluminada.

Es un hermoso hotel sus trabajadores son muy amables y serviciales

Fiquei na suíte Júnior (401), estava limpa, mas não super limpa, tive que dar uma geral nas esquadrias das janelas, que estavam imundas, a cortina black out não vedava 100% a luz e o ar quente também deixava o quarto com uma temperatura aceitável. Penso que no inverno o ar quente não dará conta e o hóspede terá problemas. Café da manhã é sempre o mesmo e sem muitas opções da parte doce. Vale pela localização e pela ótima internet

Gostaria de mencionar o excelente atendimento em nossa chegada com o Sr. PAUL na recepcao, om sorriso constante e interessado realmente em nos bem receber. Infelizmente, nao podemos falar o mesmo dos atendentes da recepcao no Domingo, e no equivoco no restaurante no cafe da manha, em que foram retirados os alimentos antes do horario que nos foi informado na duracao do cafe. Informaram duracao do cafe ate as 12horas, e comecaram a retirar os alimentos as 11h. Apos verem o equivoco, voltaram os alimentos, mas alguns hospedes ficaram visivelmente constrangidos.

NH ist mir gut in Erinnerung geblieben von anderen Besuchen! Das Hotel liegt hervorragend beim Sky Costanera mit Restaurants, Bars und tollen Einkaufsmöglichketen. Das Hotelpersonal war, wie immer, super nett und zuverlässig! Gerne wieder!

Good location but a rather mediocre hotel.

Comfy hotel. Only negative things were extremely slow internet and poorly isolated windows (noise). Stayed in a junior suite on 15th floor.

Wonderful staff. The location and the hotel are both very convenient.

Old rooms that need renovation. Clogged shower drain, malfunctioning coffee machine. In general, some parts appear to have been recently repainted, and a few wooden details are damaged. Staff speak little English and do not always maintain the communication standards expected of an international-level hotel.
