The staff is always excellent. "T" and Denise from the front desk are super friendly and helpful as is all the staff. I enjoy staying here because its close to the freeway along with many dining and entertainment options nearby. The beds, linens and towels are comfortable. It's also nice to get the hot chocolate chip cookies when checking in.

I was not impressed at all. The lobby was sort of clean but the rooms lacked. The furniture was stained and the bathroom had a musty smell.

Room was clean, and cleaning service provided during my stay. Kathy at the restaurant was amazing with her customer service. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly at check in and check out

The check-in was fast and easy. The room was perfect!

I didn't have breakfast to rate it. I can't believe they tax you for their parking and a separate charge. I would've went somewhere else.

Staff was awesome with the 2 I interacted with checking in and checking out. Sorry didn't have breakfast there.

Parking is plentiful but the rooms haven't been renovated in a long time and the single restaurant offer mediocre food

Room was not cleaned it properly and there is limited staff only one guy in the front so I have to wait 10 mint for check in

Staff are courteous. Our bathroom toilet made a lot of noise and it was not flushing right. I thought our reservation came with free breakfast when I booked it and once I confirmed, breakfast was not included.
