由于航班延误到达酒店已经是当地凌晨3点，酒店前台人员仍然在耐心等待，并且事先已经帮我们准备好房卡。酒店提供免费停车、免费wifi，酒店位置非常便利，过马路就是walmart，而且距离两个outlet都很不远，到环球影城也非常方便。酒店房间很干净，但是可能是由于我们的房间临街，晚上有些吵，并且没有说明的话酒店工作人员没有为我们打扫房间更换毛巾。

I have stayed at this Marriott Property many times and it’s always my go to place to stay. The staff are great and always willing to give great services!

Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants. Definitely an older hotel, dated. Front desk staff very friendly.

Everything was good

This hotel's free parking & walking distance to Icon Park's many restaurants & activities are a plus; however, the shower curtain in room 237 was tattered (missing buttons to hold the inner liner flush to the outer curtain), the tub was sand-like gritty from wear, and the constant noise of traffic prohibited a decent night's sleep. No comp breakfast, no comp bottled water, no Starbucks gift card is usable for Starbucks coffee/breakfast purchases. Disappointing.

Great location. Super comfortable bed and nice restaurants close by. We enjoyed the time at the pool too.

This Marriott property was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also very convenient to all shopping and dining, and close to other attractions and popular restaurants.

We got a room by the elevators but you couldn’t hear anything from the hallway from our room. Great stay!

The property is nice and we had a good time in general. After all, it is a Marriot hotel... however, it needs some renovations. It felt like a trip to the past, specially the bathroom in the room; it looks as if it is from the 1960s... the price was $200/night, and even though it was very clean, friendly staff and great location (again, Marriot standards), I feel the building and rooms could use some renovations to bring them to the year 2025!

The room was clean, which is the most important. Beds was comfortable, the room was spacious. The hot water wasn't consistent, the pressure went up and down also. Maybe something they can check on. The only reason for the 4 star is because there was no microwave in the room. There's only 1 microwave on the floor down the hall for everyone to use and the fridge is a miniature size. Could hardly fit our drinks in there to stay cool. I expected more and better on that part, from a Marriott and also being a Bonvoy member for years. Overall, the stay was good and quiet, associate Paul was awesome at check in. Paul has very good hospitality.

This hotel needs a remodel. Very worn and used. Carpet has stains in the hallways and the rooms aren't much better.
