Location at the heart of Melbourne CBD, near from tram as well. The room was spacious for parents with 2 kids. Our room facilitated with microwave, dining area, small kitchen, and its utensils. Recommended

Location is good. Nearby to Chinatown and also branded luxury boutique. Also can walk to flinders station and federation square. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast do look good. Bobi and yusuke helped to check in make it smooth and feel welcome. The bed is so comfortable too. The table at living room area also good for online meeting. Impressed with the hotel And comfortable place. The swimming pool is small and only able. To soak in as not enough area to swim and no view

My 400 bond was not returned after many emails and phone calls. All of which I was told some one would call me in regulars to a messy unacceptable room that I was supposed to have left behind me! I expected a business as such would operate a more upfront and honest style of business no none not one return phone call to respond to my multiple contacts by various means! Negative 5 stars.

Rooms were not very clean after make up service every day. We found hair all over, bath mats were not changed, litter left on the floor. Not sure if our hand and face towels were changed during the process. That said, amenities were adequate. There was also a pool + hot tub that were opened till late, which we appreciated. Overall a pleasant stay, considering the price we paid and the convenience of it being right in the centre of the free tram zone.
