Exceptional Staff and Compassionate Service
We were in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament on October 11–12, and unfortunately, my two younger daughters (ages 4 and 2) got sick in the car on the way. We arrived at the DoubleTree in Mount Laurel around 10:30 a.m., hours before check-in, and I was desperate to get my girls cleaned up.
Cathy at the front desk went above and beyond to help — she spoke with her manager, found us a room right away, and treated us with such kindness that I nearly cried from relief. The next morning, after a sleepless night caring for my sick girls, Darryl at the front desk was equally compassionate and immediately offered us a late checkout so my husband could take our older daughter to her game.
Both Cathy and Darryl turned an incredibly stressful weekend into a manageable one. Their genuine care and understanding truly reflect the hospitality Hilton is known for. I was married at a DoubleTree years ago, and once again, this brand exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and service!
