⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Staff and Compassionate Service We were in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament on October 11–12, and unfortunately, my two younger daughters (ages 4 and 2) got sick in the car on the way. We arrived at the DoubleTree in Mount Laurel around 10:30 a.m., hours before check-in, and I was desperate to get my girls cleaned up. Cathy at the front desk went above and beyond to help — she spoke with her manager, found us a room right away, and treated us with such kindness that I nearly cried from relief. The next morning, after a sleepless night caring for my sick girls, Darryl at the front desk was equally compassionate and immediately offered us a late checkout so my husband could take our older daughter to her game. Both Cathy and Darryl turned an incredibly stressful weekend into a manageable one. Their genuine care and understanding truly reflect the hospitality Hilton is known for. I was married at a DoubleTree years ago, and once again, this brand exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and service!

Not very impressive. They don't have the room I requested - even showed me a room that has people living in it.

We were in town for a quick visit with family. Our room was a King Suite. It seemed newly renovated. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. The shower was great! All furniture seemed brand new. I loved the feather bed pillows. Slept great. Kitchenette included a microwave & full size fridge. We picked this hotel for the pool to enjoy with our grandchildren. Headed down at 1pm. Pool closed. Asked at front desk & was told it would open at 4pm but they would call us when open. No call but we went at 4 to find it open. Disappointed as pool was ice cold. The hot tub was ice cold. Floor of pool area is very slick so not ideal for the young or old. Kids swam for 10 minutes as too cold for them. At 7pm, staff called to tell me pool was open. Our room was in section D. The door to hallway was not secure to the outside. Only once did we have to use keycard to enter. Anyone could have entered building. I would stay here again.

While staff was friendly, it seems like it was a bad day/week. Pool was closed, internet for TV was out, ants in the bathroom, broken towel holder, and they automatically added a 22% tip for a takeout order for 2 meals which is absurd. Actual suites are nice and plenty of room. It was nice and quiet too.

Everyone was very nice. The pool desperately needed to be cleaned. Our room needed a good mopping in the bathroom and the air conditioning did not transfer from the living room to the bedroom unless the doors were open. It served its purpose but I wouldn’t call it luxury like what Hilton is going for with its Double Tree line.

My stay was business related. The property seemed to be well maintained and room was clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. In three nights stay, my room was never touched by housekeeping. I don’t know if this something that has to be specifically ordered or if they were expecting a tip first. As a business traveler, I shouldn’t have to wasted my time requesting housekeeping services. The room lighting is harsh daylight white and not relaxing. Makes you want to not spend any time in the room. Because of these issues, I probably wil not choose this location for future visits to the area.

It's summer time and temperature outside is above 80 degrees and my room temperature was 85 degrees and up. There was a problem with the air conditioner and they new this and still opened this room. My neice and I both experience nose bleeds because it was so hot. They claim to not have any other rooms available and gave me 2 fans that blew hot air around the room. I've been trying to speak to a manager and have not reached anyone yet.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly,welcoming and accommodating. The rooms and floors themselves were very clean and modern ,they were just very confusing to navigate ,hotel is like a quadrant and you didn’t necessarily get to your room the same way twice.The air conditioning in the one room did not work and interestingly I ran into another guest who told me he originally was assigned that room but the a/c didn’t work so they put him in another room so why they would try to do the same thing without fixing it baffled me .The second room also did not have any a/c and by 3am It was almost 80 degrees in the room and they finally moved me to another room . The breakfast buffet was disgusting and not worth the additional $18.99 but overall it wasn’t bad for an overnight stay.

Very clean. Staff is friendly. Rooms Are beautiful. Nice sized pool. Provided plenty of towels and met all of my requests. Complimentary cookies were phenomenal as well

The staff were helpful and gave exemplary service - checkin, the bar, cleaning staff, breakfast service, the food. Very nice hotel right on I-95.
