Building work and no air con

A very tired and depressed building in an inconvenient location. Rooms inside are well done up but the hotel feels terribly dated with a very basic mock-up. We found the staff to be fairly cold, too. We have stayed in the other Wrocław Novotel and found that one to be super. This one felt cold and lonely - unwelcoming. Sadly we won’t return!

Schöne grosse und sauber Zimmer, ruhige Anlage mit sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten und einem sehr netten Empfang und einem hervorragenden Frühstücksbuffet, was jeden Wunsch entspricht und durch einen sehr guten Service abgerundet wird.

Loved my stay at the location. If I had the time. I would’ve stayed even longer than I did.
