酒店員工態度：除了reception的女職員，其餘職員不覺得友善和有禮貌。房間非常污糟，洗手間地面可以黐住鞋底發出聲音-吱吱聲，地氈睇落以經好污糟。位置在工業區。感覺比無星之酒店更差，不知為何可以例為4星級酒店？

excellent service and staffs, very good breakfast, nice view, room is relative small.

Good free parking at the hotel, and they had a number of EV chargers. Staff were all really polite and helpful. Room was good, with a sofa and mini-fridge. Lots of families seemed to be passing thru for 1N because of the convenient location travelling N>S (or S>N!) through France. This was July so there were lots of kids in the swimming pool. We didn’t book breakfast so cannot comment. Overall a good location for car journeys - not really walkable to places (as far as we could tell) - so we would probably stop here again on our way from South of France to UK.

Slapen en ontbijten dik in orde. Restaurant, te duur voor voor wat je krijgt. Lang wachten, matig eten. Wel vriendelijk personeel maar gewoon te weinig / onervaren.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Last minute reservation online, yet the clerk hustled upstairs to make the single bed for our son. Busy breakfast in the morning. Hostess continued to check on us throughout the time and encouraged me to take my cafe to the pool so I could watch my son swim. Fantastic bed and bedding.

Parfait séjour dans cette hôtel

Très déçus par ce que devient la chaine Novotel. Il était bien mais sans plus.

On s’est bien garder de prévenir que le restaurant était fermé le soir de notre arrivée Tout le reste impeccable

Parking was perfect. The Tesla superchargers are a great plus to stay here. The location is also beautiful and I found the room and staff brilliant especially as we travelled with a baby

Franchement rien a dire dommage de ne pas rester plus longtemps. Mais pour le coup rien a redire personnelle sympas pro serviable et petit déj super
