The Huntley far exceeded my expectations. We booked our room day of as we had kept part of our La trip fluid, and the value for what we paid was exceptional. The lobby is peaceful and welcoming (and smelled so good!). Check in was easy and quick. Our room was perfect for our family of 4 and had a gorgeous view (upgrade $ was worth it). We had dinner in the penthouse restaurant and it was lovely - complete with a jazz singer and piano. The beds were very comfy and room was quiet. They have bikes you can borrow and you are a block from the beach. There are shops and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Wish we could have stayed a couple more nights and we will return next time we’re in the area.

There were many hidden fees. And charges that were unexplained. Make sure to ask about what “amenities” there are because you’ll be paying 100 dollars a day plus 35/40 for “amenities” (nonexistent). I requested towels,kits and never received any. Staff at the valet was rude and almost demanded a better tip. Mind you you’re paying $68 a day already and the valet doesn’t open your door nor help with bags.

I am Huntley regular, spending time with them monthly; the staff is very professional and friendly, and make me feel like I’m at home. Everything about the property is simple and elegant, and I highly recommend recommended to anybody who wants to have an exceptional hotel experience in a small boutique property in LA

This place is just amazing nice. Our room was the Malibu suite. Really spacious, amazing sea view. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Only hic no kids choices for breakfast. The restaurant gave an amazing panoramic view!

The staff is excellent. Our room was beautiful. The only downside is they need to put a new showerhead on the shower. Other than that the people the room location is fabulous.

Great hotel, super overpriced valet parking

The partial ocean view room had a expansive view of the ocean. THe room was spacious, comfortable and good technology. The service ws excellent throughout.

Love my stay at the Huntley. Beautiful room, nice facilities - though we ended up too busy to experience much of them.

We have stayed here numerous times and they have always been incredible. We love the location and the staff is top shelf.

Room did not get cool enough

Wonderful stay.

This was one of the most amazing hotel stays I have had in a while. From the complimentary upgrade, chauffeur service, to the delicious prefix lunch at the fabulous restaurant, everything was great. That was a choice of pillows, so I was able to find the right one for me. The area was very walkable with restaurants and stores on the beach close by. I also use one of the beach bikes to ride along the beach. I will definitely be back and highly recommended this hotel.

Super cute property but the pool/jacuzzi is super small. Other than that great place to stay
