‘ me & my kids had a wonderful spring break stay ♥️ everything was so decent & right in the area , only issue I had was the wifi but the staff was wonderful ( HE GOES BYE THE NAME ALEX ) he made sure he made me n my kids happy .

The kids love the pools especially the adult one which is heated so it’s easy to enjoy. The kids water park is freezing. The rooms need a little upgrade the rug always feels moist and humid. The hotel is in a great area around everything.

We had multiple rooms for our cheerleaders. Kenny the security was beyond helpful .y son loat his phone and had a issue with something else and was taken care of amazingly. The front desk staff helped for our 3 days. We stay 4 times a yearand always great experience see you again in August.

Outdated furniture. The rooms need an update .

We have stayed at Coco Key twice now and we absolutely love this resort! The staff is always super friendly and the location is perfect. It also has a great shuttle to Universal - it is the first pickup so you always get a seat! My daughter enjoyed the water park and we had so much fun at the Mardi Gras party they had last time we went!

The service’s room wasn’t good!

Fitness is important to me so I found the fitness room lacking. It had no tv (for distraction), the sanitizing wipes were always empty, and there was no water provided. It would be nice to have more than one treadmill as it was the most popular machine and usually occupied. Everything else was great. I would have a policy that the lounge chairs cannot be 'saved'. Unless you got up at 5 am.You couldn't get a chair at the front pool. More often than not no one was sitting there; just their towel. This was the rule at the resort my son stayed at.

It was the perfect spot for my daughter, I love how they have Games and stuff on the weekends for the kids with the live DJ, house keeping was amazing . The breakfast was ok, it should be more option for the non pork eaters and different options overall . But I will definitely stay here again . Customer service & everything was great 😊

Needs improvement

Everything was good except the bed was really uncomfortable due to wear and squeaked everytime you turned. Had to ask for extra blankets to lay on bed for padding. Asked for extra pillows but they didn't have any. Also room had a bad musty smell.

Nice place to come with your kids.

The resort was not what we expected! Tub was dirty and paint was peeling off the walls. The beds hurt our back. Beds were dirty. The linen on the beds had hard yellow stains. Our rooms weren’t ready until almost 7pm. Very bad first experience at this hotel.
