Very nice hotel. Would stay again*****

Front desk service did not provide any relevant local information. We asked about car show and local events and they had no idea. I don’t think anyone smiled either. Not a welcoming experience at the beginning of your stay. Chess/checkers and billiards were all missing pieces. I informed the staff and they had no idea what to do. The fitness/ gym center had rusty equipment and didn’t appeared like anyone had wiped it down for months. For the price, it doesn’t seem worthy to call it a resort and certainly didn’t feel like. I guess people stay here because it’s the only one in town

For the price of the hotel, I don’t feel that the upkeep was good enough. I took the stairs in the hotel and it’s extremely dirty and run down. The outside of the hotel is dirty as well, there’s cracks everywhere, and the massage was very overpriced. The rooms are basic. If it’s a hotel spa you would think the massage would be great and the hotel would be very well kept up. Would not recommend and especially not for $500-$800 a night

Overall a good stay, but with room for improvement. The location right on the beach is fantastic, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the open buffet breakfast — plenty of variety and well-prepared. That said, there were a few issues: • The walls aren’t soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors clearly. • The room lacked enough drinking water. • The A/C wasn’t working on arrival (though they fixed it quickly after reporting). • The swimming pool was not heated, which made it hard to enjoy. Still, it’s a great spot for a beach getaway, and the service helps balance out some of the flaws.

It was a great experience, we arrived 3 hours early and receptionist gave us a complimentary 2 hours early check in. Everyone was very polite and friendly with me and my friends. Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi were great for the cold weather, outdoor bar had great music we enjoyed from our room balcony. Just please have someone fix the ice making machines at 8th and 9th floor. Overall excellent service.

clean, comfy, beautiful views

What everyone likes about this hotel is its location. It is right in the center of the Long Branch boardwalk, right next to Pier Village. You can just check in and you can just leave the car in the parking lot. One downside to this hotel is that it is very expensive, even in the off-season. If they would lower their room prices in May and September, I would come down more often.

We got earlier there and room was ready at 12:30 - very nice surprise. Nice right on the beach property, clean and quiet.

Location is amazing and the view was great. The front desk seemed understaffed and not particularly friendly. There were no supplies in the bathroom

Rooms had been upgraded since last stay which was nice however we had left a few items behind and called the hotel right away and left several messages and to date still havent received a calll back.

Dining was limited. first room was dirty with an oder. Second room ws fair. Carpeting dirty in need of replacement.
