Nice big hotel. Grand reception area. Rooms are getting tired and need an update. Lights missing in the room. No room comforts like coffee or tea facilities. Pool is a nice area but again needs updating as it’s very worn.

This hotel was beautiful and located near all the things to do in town.

Really nice family room, though the pool was cold which was our only disappointment.

I'm sure it was a lovely hotel a few years back but it all seems very tired and lacklustre. Not the cleanest hotel we've stayed in and the A La Carte Restaurant was very disappointing.

We spent three nights here as a stopover in our road trip around Sweden and Norway. The hotel is fine and the staff were excellent. The hotel suffers from the neighborhood it is in. There was loud amplified music across the park every night until 11pm. This was loud enough to be heard through the closed windows. The hotel also chose to illuminate the outside with lights that are bright enough to make their way around the blackout curtains. They shone straight into our room. Not their fault but there is also a distinct lack of vegetarian food options, although the Indian and Thai restaurants we did find were excellent.

Enjoyed the pool and sauna, the beds were on the narrow side but adequate.

We absolutely loved our stay, the breakfast was the definite highlight, so much choice and the freshly made omelettes were perfect, can’t speak highly enough about breakfast

Comfortable stay and great view of the harbor.

Enjoyed two nights while driving around the Vestfold region. This is a conference hotel, it hosts many events and airline staff stay here. Despite being a busy hotel, the staff is amazing, they do not miss on anything, giving them an A . I recommend staying here for any travel. Full breakfast buffet included & same day laundry service is available if you drop by 730am. Premium parking is available on-site & discount parking is available across the road. Don't violate parking rules, you'll get a 560 nok ticket. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, museums, shopping & bars. Good bar hopping after 2200. I'm coming back.

Room was small but clean. Terrible shower. Bath door didn’t close. Otherwise a nice place.

Our standard family room (which can sleep 2 adults and 2 children) was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. But most importantly and a rarity--this hotel has air conditioning in its rooms! The hotel is near the water, and you have a lovely view of the pier. We asked for a 4:00am taxi to TORP airport upon check-in, but the taxi was not ready for us the next morning, and another taxi had to be called. Aside from that small hiccup, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Amazing location, friendly staff, clean, big and cimfortable rooms.

This is a nice hotel close to the city center. Nice rooms and good dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was a nightmare with no concern for Covid-19 what so ever. We did not eat because of this at the hotel. The bar serves the most horrific drinks we have ever gotten aswell. But overall we had a pleasent stay. We feel it was a bit overpriced

Very friendly and beautiful location by the ocean. The room was good in size and with a big bathroom.

Sentralt og greitt hotell i Sandefjord sentrum. Har bodd her tidligere, og valgte hotellet på grunn av beliggenhet. Hyggelig betjening, rene og velholdte rom, og en god frokost. Man trenger ikke mer enn det.
