I’ll say it’s more like 3 star hotel. Location is good, near train station. But room itself is simple.

It was very disappointed that an rude and not trained front desk staff provided unprofessional checking process and she supposed to check hotel's reservation information instead of asking payment. In addition, It was very loud and noisy in the hallway at night for kid continuing crying at least 30 minutes for 2 nights. It bothered us and made us not coming backing anymore. It is not recommand at all.

浴室放沐浴乳的架子的位置要小心，因為它照成我的手背刮傷，清潔人員清理房間不確實，裡面床單沒有折，敷衍了事，水龍頭不容易控制水溫不是過冷就過熱。

It is a nice hotel with clean room and convenient site. The staff are passionate and helpful. The nearest metro exit is Numencia.

This Acta Hotel was not as good as one we stayed in In Porto, Portugal. Breakfast options statisfactory but overall there were some basics missing e.g. a kettle in the room and a bath mat - reception suggested using the towel mat provided!

They have the best beds and pillows! Great location, conveniently close to all your needs.

Close yo train station, yet still very quiet. Next to a park with play area, trees and benches with is very relaxing.

No iron in the room. No wash cloths. Front desk reception never answered the phone when i called.

Clean connected hotel with easy access to multiple trains.

The hotel staff was excellent and the hotel was very nice. The restaurant staff did not give me the 10% hotel guest discount when I ate dinner there.

Nice and clean hotel, nice staff and close to the train station. The only downside to the room was that you could hear everything happening in the corridor through the door of the room. I chose the hotel specifically because it had a gym, but it was the smallest and least equipped gym I have ever seen..

I had a very short stay overnight. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Everything was perfect.

Hotel trés bien placé, accés rapides à tous les transports, lagréable, trés propre; L'insonorisation de l'hotel laissait à désirer, on perçoit facilement les bruits des clients des chambres voisines. Je regrette que le prix des tarifs des menus ne soient pas appliqués à tous les clients de l'hotel et simplement au demi pensionnaire.
