I’ll say it’s more like 3 star hotel. Location is good, near train station. But room itself is simple.

It was very disappointed that an rude and not trained front desk staff provided unprofessional checking process and she supposed to check hotel's reservation information instead of asking payment. In addition, It was very loud and noisy in the hallway at night for kid continuing crying at least 30 minutes for 2 nights. It bothered us and made us not coming backing anymore. It is not recommand at all.

It is a nice hotel with clean room and convenient site. The staff are passionate and helpful. The nearest metro exit is Numencia.

Hay un problema en ls tasas turisticas, nunca he pagado tanto de tasas. No se si sera ayuntamiento u hotel pero casi 20€ por 2 personas me parece abusivo.

Quiet by incredible location with a supermarket just around the corner and restaurants, subway and train stations nearby. Service was great, we had no issues arriving at midnight.

Staff was very accommodating and answered all our questions. Being from the US language can be somewhat challenging. The staff that helped us all spoke English. The room was clean and the shower felt great. It was a very deep tub and there were no hand rails for safety getting in and out from the shower. Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

Very Good Location near metro and Sants Barcelona train station.Excellent staff all around.Checkin was quick and efficient by Jenni who also went out of her way explaining nearby sights.Also staff in dining area Veronica and Mae went out of their way pleasing my wife's food requirement of Gluten and Dairy Free.Breakfast was Excellent with plenty of hot and cold offerings.Some disappointing aspects were …Air Conditioning was fixed to warm (24C) and had to open window for any ventilation.Unable to get bath tap to work as mechanism locked on shower only.Was unable to get shower to ideal temp as either cold or very hot…temperature would continually change whilst having a shower.Only liquid soap available to wash in shower and basin.TV has limited English stations.Staff were the Highlight here and if room improvements could be made, would gladly stay here again.

I really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the room was excellent. They even gave us a free upgrade to a nicer room. I loved the bed and pillow. I would like to find out which brand they are because I want them at home!
