Loved our room and breakfast was bomb

The hotel was nice and clean and staff were friendly and attentive. However, it was a VERY noisy area, with cars and motorcycles revving their engines continuously from the evening until 2-3am. This was the case both nights we stayed. This is not the fault of the hotel, but definitely something to consider if traveling with kids or are a light sleeper.

Friendly staff. Well appointed. Centrally located. This hotel has a bank of 3 elevators that were quick and all operational.

Check in was a little hectic simply because so many were trying to check in and use the valet services at the same time. The front desk workers were helping guests as quickly and professionally as possible. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was good, food staff were available to switch out warming trays as needed. Walkable distance to Gainbridge Arena and area restaurants.

Booked this property because of it's location within walking distance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It was quick, pleasant walk to and from the game. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel was clean, updated, and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked, with lots of choices. The parking valet was a little on the slow side, and it was difficult to park our car to leave for the valet, but it was game day. And, my husband accidentally left his phone behind, and they found it, called us, and shipped it out for us. All in all, a great experience.

Second time staying here. Would stay again. Wonderful gym area. Good breakfast

We attended a basketball game, which was only two blocks away! Suggestion...inform guests that their room key must be used in the elevators. I'm a senior citizen but had no idea this was a thing!

Everyone at the front desk and valet service were Super Helpful and friendly. Breakfast gals were happy and kept things moving. We had a nice weekend.
