Clogged sink 2 days no offer to change rooms. No daily room services

The place was clean. Ac worked

Bed was comfortable linens were crisp. The shower was very outdated with mold around the tub. The airconditioner was one of the loudest I have ever encountered. The parking lot had a large portable light post in the middle of it and gave us the feeling there may be some break ins of cars there.

Unsupetvised kids in ajacent room were noisy and disrespectful. There were no adults to be found. They ignored requests from us to please be quiet. They ignored requests from staff to stop slamming doors and yelling. They tried opening the door that connected our rooms in the middle of the night. They kept us up much of the night. It was a miserable stay. We are exhausted and cranky and have to drive 4 hours home. While the property was adequate after we were moved from our first room that clearly had a recent guest who smoked, this was a forgettable stay. I will not return.

Smells good, front desk employee was slow and hard to understand

This hotel needs updating inside and out. The room was damp and musty and the old AC unit in room was no help. In general, this hotel had an overall musty smell that was covered by air fresheners throughout the building. The staff were all nice and the included breakfast was decent.

Affordable. Good choice if you’re wife kicks you out the house.

Although the property is an older property, it is well maintained. There are no musty odors. Everything was colorful. Breakfast is what you would expect for a hotel lobby breakfast. They did have some good selections. Everyone I met there staff wise was friendly and helpful. Wood stay here again.

Absolutely beat down hotel. Desperate need of some maintenance and some paint. HVAC system in the room was so loud that we got very little sleep. And they charged $3 to park. Come on, you aren't a downtown hotel where parking is limited. What a joke. My best advice would be to avoid this place at all costs. If it's the only hotel in town available you would be better off just sleeping in your car that night.

Our stay was very good. The breakfast was quite nice. My daughter loved the mattress she slept on. Our check-in clerk ( didn’t get her name) was outwardly friendly and helpful.

The welcomeness of the staff and the cleanliness of our room made our stay very comfortable

Our room was neat and comfortable. TV cable set up is lousy. Breakfast was excellent. Nice variety, Hot food and many drink options. Tea choices were better than usual.

Everything was great, breakfast was well set, something for everybody!

Property was clean and safe.

Gross. There was food in the room and a ton of ants, so nasty. Then we got moved to another room and it smelt of cigarette smoke and bugs in the bathroom. There was brown marks on the sheets and felt uncomfortable all night.

So very clean. Comfortable beds. Perfect for post graduation, I’m tuckered out parents!

Everything was just fine clean and the workers were very helpful and nice I will come again 🙂

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly. We appreciated the variety of food options for breakfast. The common spaces and rooms were clean. We didn't get a chance to utilize the pool or fitness center while we were there. Maybe another time.
