The daily breakfast deal saved us having to go out early and find food for our kids. It was a really convenient location for who we were visiting and so close to Butterfly Creek and Mānawa Bay which we were wanting to visit. The outside seems a bit rundown but it's nice inside. I would agree with the carpets in the public places needing a decent clean or to be replaced. Our room had everything we needed for our stay and the staff were lovely.

Stayed with my son for one night. Neglected to take into account the age of the hotel. The bad: showing its age, particularly the hallway carpets and bathroom as things were clearly worn down or old. The room smelled stuffy and stale. The good: the beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was generous with good variety.

Very disappointed as booked there as had restaurant but did not open as not enough patrons according to bar staff. Bar menu ok but food not up to scratch - very ordinary. Carpets need a good clean. Saw room service dishes left for two days. Curtain hem down not repaired. Would not recommend Holiday Inn to anyone. To top it off our room had a roof leak and the bed was very wet in the morning.

Stayed one night and then came back for two nights with half-board option. Good sound-proof for an airport hotel. Breastfast buffet is great. Lots of options including fresh vegetables and fruits. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Dinner is reasonable. Shuttle bus to airport runs 24×7 and easy to book and catch.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food options were absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. I especially appreciated the beautiful outdoor area — it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a wonderful experience that I’d highly recommend!

It was clean, rooms were neat and tidy with good space. The food we had was yummy. The staff were excellent, although we weren't provided a map to find our room, which was on the other side of the facility and at night it was a little confusing where to park because we had no idea where our room was... Our room was on the bottom floor, it was quite noisey in morning

You have to pay 8 NZ each way for transportation to Hotel with yellow bus

Very popular motel. Was cool a car show was held at the time of stay too

The room was lovely and the outlook was impressive with trees and a pond.

We have stayed here twice very convenient for flight's from auckland airport. Staff very nice food and drinks are good. Reasonably priced

This was a very convenient final stop in Auckland before catching our flight back to the States. Very close to the airport and about half-an-hour from the city centre. Good value for money, especially with the dinner and breakfast options (both sumptuous!) thrown into the price.

Awesome stay. Only thing we didnt like is how digusting the carpet is.

Perfect for arriving or departing Auckland Airport

Very nice. Excellent breakfast.

We stayed 1 night. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The carpet had huge stains and was frayed. If this was sorted I would have given an extra star. The check in and out was poor. We tried to use the auto check in and out but on both occasions it stated we hadn’t paid for the room, so ended up having to queue, which took ages as they only had one member of staff on the reception desk both in the morning and evening. Not great. This also impacted on my score and overall review.

Love everything about the place cleaniness friendly. Only things dislike no lifts and not enough rubbish bins around the place.
