1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.

A equipe do hotel é nota 10, especialmente o Sascha, que resolveu com muita simpatia um problema com o wifi e a TV do meu apartamento. A questão é que o ideal é não precisar resolver problemas... no geral, o hotel parece envelhecido, necessitando de um bom banho de loja para retomar o brilho, uma vez que ele tem uma localização e vista perfeitas.

Quarto limpo, mas não muito grande. Uma novidade - a TV não tem mais acesso aos canais a cabo. Agora só é possível acessar os aplicativos (YouTube, Globoplay, Netfliz, Amazon). Café da manhã bom, mas as porções de iogurte poderiam ser maiores. O café coado servido não agradou muito, não sei identificar qual era o problema. Mesmo com o ar condicionado desligado o quarto parecia mais frio que o ambiente fora. Mas o hotel é muito bom e bem localizado. Terceira vez que fico e pretendo retornar.

Friendly staff, Good food at restaurant and very reasonably priced. Great location, I felt safe. No issues whatsoever. First time in Rio, would definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend

Experiência impecável do início ao fim! O apartamento é excelente, com instalações impecáveis e muito conforto, além de uma vista do mar simplesmente deslumbrante. Para completar, o serviço de quarto foi excelente, sempre ágil e atencioso.

Nice hotel, pleasant helpful staff at check in. Comfy bed, good breakfast, nice pool area with great views. My only issue was the windows in our room were so dirty it ruined the amazing view, which was the rooms selling point.

We stayed at PortoBay for a 6 nights and it was super. Nothing to fault. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool was beautiful, clean and amazing views. Would stay again!

I will start by saying the hotel was in a great location. Being right there on Ipanema beach and just steps away from the beach. It was located near many restaurants and local stores. The staff were welcoming and all were very helpful throughout my stay, making me feel like I was on vacation. However, I have stayed at many hotels and the amount of money I spent on the Lux Vista Mar Panoramico was not worth it. The room had this weird smell. It smelled like urine. The room was very outdated. The only thing good about the room was the view. Also, there was construction going on so from bright and early every morning on my vacation, I could hear banging and knocking. The walls are very thin, you can hear people talking on the beach, playing music all night and the room is on the 15th floor. So let’s just say, I barely got any good sleep. There wasn’t an iron in the room, waited an hour to get one and when I did get one, it was broken, the water poured right out. There was a used towel in the bathroom when I first arrived. The elevators took a very long time to come and the breakfast options were limited. I couldn’t wait to leave that hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room had.an amazing but was ready when checked in 3:20 pm . They then put letter under door asking you to checkout before checkout time . Would.avoid in future for this reason

L’hôtel est en face de la plage de Copacabana, avec vue magnifique. Le personnel est très accueillant et le petit déjeuner complet avec beaucoup d’options. Par contre l’hôtel est assez vieux et necessite de quelques réparations.

Overall the experience was great. Amazing staff, good accommodations, fantastic breakfast. Love it. 2 thumbs 👍 👍up.
