The room wasn't vacuumed very well. Sheets were stained but clean. Mirror was very streaky. The hallway leading to the room wasn't vacuumed very well. I couldn't find the ice machine. Very thin door between the rooms . Very transient area, train tracks right behind the hotel The air conditioner did not work well despite it being turned to maximum cool. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was dirty, the smoke alarm was pulled out of the socket and the hole was left gaping. You could see tons of dead skin and hair on the mattress under the sheets, there was a pill under the couch cushions. That’s all bad, but the worst part was my partner got sick on our first night there and in the morning we tried to checkout and get a refund because we couldn’t stay the second night. This attempt was highly infuriating. First I talked to the employee at the front desk she was helpful but I had to speak to the manager so she gave me his number. I called the number and talked to him, he claimed that he would like to give me a refund but was unable to because of Expedia and its policy, in fact before I hung up I asked for clarification and he confirmed and directly said that “he would 100% give me a refund if he could”. With this promise I proceeded to call Expedia, immediately the agent told me that this was not an Expedia policy that they were able to refund whenever after word from the hotel, the Expedia agent even called the hotel for me in order to tell them this. After calling them the Expedia agent informed me that the hotel didn’t approve the refund. Confused I tried to call the manager, he didn’t answer. I then went and called the manager using a phone in the lobby, he answered. He was evasive and kept making excuses but eventually I was able to get him to admit that he had lied to me, and that he was able to refund me but just didn’t want to. Don’t stay here

Room was smelling slightly, no front desk after 12am, had to get car fresheners from gas stations at 1am.

The front desk guy was very funny, it’s nice to bring laughter to people that you just met. I would go back just to chat with him again 😂

The room was very smelly. Shawer was not functioning well Bed sheets and pillow case were not clean TV had hardly any channels I saw someone was sleeping at the end of the hallway. Over all not a good experience. 😕

Cheap hotel.for quick travelers

This hotel should be condemned. Front desk guy at checkin was very friendly but thats where the pleasantries end. DO NOT STAY HERE

The convenience for a last minute trip, and the price

When I arrived I was not welcomed with a smile or greeting. The man did check me in 5 minutes early as I arrived. He did share with me the restaurants that were available within the area etc. His mannerisms were terrible and when I asked questions he was quick to answer and seemed annoyed. The room was clean ish. The cleanliness was less than basic. No attention to the details of cleaning the coffee tray or machine. The corners of the room, bathroom, behind the tv were nasty. I cleaned hotel rooms for 2 years and I could tell this place was not done with care for health and safety of their guests. The staff at check out apparently were the managers and they were not welcoming either. No friendly greetings and didn’t ask me how my stay was. I will not be going back there and I hope they read this with an open mind. Please do major training for you and your staff in hospitality and communication.
