早上10:30分钟我正在洗漱 准备退房 （按规定11点退房）我门外挂着免打扰牌子 可还是有酒店前台打电话进来 直接问你今天是退房还是继续住 我觉得这话完全没必要去问 很唐突很没礼貌 难道住在这的房客真的没有这种意识还要你们来提醒么？

Room was nice size. Bed was comfortable. Everthing was clean and worked. Exceptional good price for all you get

No housekeeping came for two weeks even after request , “non smoking room” but burn holes in the bed and smoke smell for 2 days.

After incident they lady apologized and i apologize to her after that ive been getting excellent service

Had a reservation wed thru sun the person running front desk she was very rude she comes to my room walks in to tell me i needed to so i look at my itinerary shows i check on sun not sat so went to show her i ask her for corporate number she didn't give me and ghen she said i told her to come in how could i if i was asleep this was uncalled for i ether get a discount or refund

Front desk lady was rude

Our room was very nice. The room & bathroom were very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The bed was great.

Was not what I expected. Roaches and bedbugs in my room I like front desk know and never heard back. When I came to check in they did something with my card it took $150 off but I don’t see the transaction in my bank and then they took another $50 off with the fee of the room. Area ghetto homeless people sleeping on the stairs.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk was very nice. Only issue i had was the heater was broken and they gave us a portable heater instead of changing my room. Those heaters are dangerous.

Room had an air conditioner that was broken and circulated cigarette smell from the outside. The phone was broken, the bathroom didn't have soap, the toilet was nasty, there was no lamps in the room. All around a nasty experience.

The room and bathroom i had was spacious. Out of all the motels I've been in the area, it had the best bathroom of them all. The floors were dirty.. tv had display problems and its remote didn't always work. The room next door was always slamming its door and would wake me up. I left early because of the noise.. it was superbowl sunday, there must of been a party going on.

Property was clean and checkin was efficient. Room was clean and basic. Area had traffic (cars) at all hours of the day and night. I would return, but do not expect upscale accomodations. This was a good place to spend the night and move on.

The room was ok other than the was not swept or noped and shower did not get very hot
