整體的服務都不錯, 若天氣不會太糟, 可以走路去泰姬陵( 大概20-30分鐘) , 附近10分鐘路程內有麥當勞和電影院 , 再遠一點還有肯德基. 飯店非常清潔 , 床也很舒服. 完全不知怎麼去泰姬陵的飯店有提供一整個行程規畫 , 建議可以不用買含早餐的住宿 , 因為附近就有麥當勞. 可以再節省NT$800-$1,000的訂房附加早餐費用. 但這家飯店沒有免費wifi , 建議有需求一直上網的朋友要多考慮了.

Great staff particularly the restaurant staff . Good property for kids and we had fun at puppet show and magic show . We stayed over while visiting Taj .

We had a fabulous 1 nights stay at this wonderful hotel made so special by the staff! They were so helpful before we arrived by booking train tickets and arranging taxis, during our stay with making sure meals were swift when we went out and at the end of our stay by ordering me a raincoat which arrived within 15 mins as i had forgotten to bring one with me & it was raining at my onward safari experience!! Totally wonderful ….special thanks to Tanushree and Prabhjot!!! Totally recommend them!!

My fiancé visited India for the very first time, and Agra was at the top of our list. Trident Agra was a spontaneous choice for me, based on the brand’s legacy, and I expected a wonderful stay as always. However, their hospitality went far beyond my expectations. The staff was exceptionally caring and attentive, especially when they went out of their way to provide a hot water bag for my fiancé and even arranged for medicines by sending a staff member to a local pharmacy at 11 p.m. Such gestures truly reflect their commitment to guest comfort. For anyone traveling to Agra, I would wholeheartedly recommend Trident as the first and only choice for your stay. Wishing the entire team continued success!
