Staff is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. They do consider & concern you want when stay. Hotel is very designed & art deco. Very convenience location. Highly recommended.

Nice and pleasant staff. My husband hurt his ankle, front desk staff gave disinfectant spray to him immediately, they were very kind and helpful. Also suggestions of dining and sight seeing and transportation.

第一次黎巴黎見呢間好評如潮揀左呢間， 酒店設計新穎，房間都算乾淨， 住過幾十間酒店第一次住到間沖涼花灑水力強勁之餘一開熱水即到唔駛等！仲再要風筒W數勁吹頭2/3分鐘就吹完， 真係正， 前台員工服務都好好， 比足100分， 唯獨是外出時要交低酒店房門鎖匙。好無安全感，

Good location!

飯店離opera站不遠，從戴高樂機場搭Rosie巴士可直達，可避開麻煩的地鐵交通。飯店建築經過不錯的重新整修，房間雖小但整齊清潔，服務熱心，早餐也非常精緻。

Staffs are really helpful. Location is good which is nearby Roissy bus. Room are clean.

Cannot boil water in the room, everytime i wanna drink tea, needa call the room services to bring us hot water. Staff are willing to help. Good services. We got a pleasant stay there!

有時候職員有時候比較沒有手則，例如問路方面、但在於我們事旅遊性質，當然有問題要問，這語英文不是太通行，要用國際語言也行不通，可能我英文水平太差啦！整體上可以接受的、但笑容要多一點！

飯店人員服務態度佳 可用英文溝通，房間乾凈舒適，地理位置佳離地鐵站與景點距離都很近，用餐與購物都很方便，房價也不貴，大推這間飯店。

清洁度还可以，服务较热情，设施比较老旧（主要是电梯实在太小），但是装饰还是很有特点，最重要的是位置太棒了！

Location is really good,the service is good;but the room is also really small like ibis,so no bathtub and scalder,if you take two trunk, it will hard to open them at the same time,sometimes, u will hear footstep from gallery . It is not perfectly but it worthy by this prices.

Quarto com ar condicionado quebrado. Muita dificuldade para trocar o quarto.

The air conditioning did not properly reach the front room, but besides that it was a lovely stay!

Le stanze sono molto piccole. Tutte con moquette. Io sono asmatica e abbiamo dovuto pagare il supplemento per avere una camera senza moquette. Ci hanno addebitato 100 euro di cauzione e non era previsto nelle condizioni di prenotazione. Al check out non ce le hanno ancora restituite perché dicono che restituiscono la somma di pomeriggio dopo il controllo della camera.

A brief but wonderful stay in this hotel. A quick checking and bag storage allowed us to get out promptly to explore Paris. The hotel is tucked away in a side street close to Opera with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants near by. Good transport links to the metro and bus. Also walkable to major sites sites like the Louvre, Notre Dame, Left Bank. Room was a good size for two and the bathroom had everything you needed. We really liked this hotel and will definitely return when we go back to Paris.
