Clean room with air conditioning, but disappointing breakfast, £5 parking fee for overnight guests.

整體很不錯，房間提供設施也很滿意，只是略嫌枱面的照明燈不足夠而已。 最特別是在大堂提供糖果，還提供小紙袋讓住客取，這個服務很特別和有點讓人驚喜。

價錢比較貴, 地點不方便, 有駕車會好些

主要洒店近女兒入讀大學，方便陪伴。附近有大型超市及商埸，地點很好，十分方便。

No air on in my King room, so the hotel ’down graded’ me! Would usuallyexpect an upgrade here! Was also offered a refund for the difference, never received it. Hotel was ok.

Good location and ideal for a short stay

Air con was ideal in the heatwave. Hotel clean and comfortable. Lots of outdoor space but no place to sit outside which was a shame in the good weather. Needed itemised separate bills, which were supplied for both rooms booked but taxes missed out which will complicate work expenses. Don't know why missed out as was on original card receipt.

Moved rooms as aircon wasn’t working. Took quite some time and 3 requests to sort but was ok once we moved. Enjoyed the swimming pool and breakfasts

Room was spotlessly clean. The restaurant staffs were also friendly, warm and attentive. The receptionists were very helpful and efficient too!

From the breakfast to the staff- all was top notch! Facility was very clean. Easily accessible to mass transit- highly recommend!

Very good breakfast selection for both cooked and continental style breakfast choices, including non dairy alternatives for coffee and tea. Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed, with adjustable air-con and openable window, with a very good television, including iplayer and Freeview selection. Room well supplied with powerpoints, including integrated USB charge sockets. Only slight disappointments were no hairdryer in the room and a £5 per day parking charge, payable by app. The staff were without exception pleasant and very helpful.

Lovely clean jotel, friensly staff.

An excellent modern standard of decor throughout. Spacious bedroom crisp white linen and comfy pillows. We had an evening meal which we enjoyed. All staff especially those in the bar and restaurant areas worked very hard and provided excellent service. I would certainly return. Unfortunately no EV charger but staff directed us to the nearest points.
