Staf hotel sangat ramah dan baik. Dalam melayani customer

It was a great stay! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay there, they also helped to contact drivers for day trip or even just to one destination. We were there during their holidays which means it was very crowded but the staffs still remembered us everyday and also when our first driver didn't manage to bring us to all the locations we wanted to due to time constraint, they would be notified and would gather the information for us and when we returned to the hotel after supper, the staff approached us to ask us if we need any more help for the next day planning and gave us the information and suggestions they have. Breakfast was also great but that might be cause we aren't picky eaters. But was amazed they had Yakult cause have never seen any other hotels who provides Yakult for buffet breakfast. If there is anything you would like to eat, you can also approach the staffs there for recommendations. There was a few walkable restaurants around the place which was awesome! Overall, I am very satisfied with the room and stay there, will definitely return when I am back to Taichung in future!
