The hotel location was perfect!!! Great shopping and restaurant, walkable distance. I would recommend the Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center to my family and friends.

The star here are just incredible. They go over and above every chance they get

Hotel smelled funky. Our television did not work at all neither did the refrigerator, which was a huge inconvenience when traveling with young kids. When I called the front desk, they were very rude, poor customer service. There are better hotels nearby.

The stay was pretty ok. My room wasn’t cleaned and I stayed from Friday to Monday. The do not disturb sign was only on the door Sat. morning . After returning Sat afternoon, I saw the housekeeping staff in the hall way. I asked if I could have my room cleaned, she told me I had to call front desk. I went to the front desk when leaving out for the afternoon to ask for fresh towels for the room . When I returned , the cleaned towels had been put inside of the room, on the floor next to the tv stand. Rude … and the room still hadn’t been cleaned

I stayed for 3 days. Requested cleaning and no one ever came. The pool was suppose to be smoke free.. many of the visitors were smoking weed and cigarettes.. i didnt like the $45 parking fee per night which wasnt told before the visit. The rooms didnt have a microwave to warm food. The refrigerator didnt once we got there, had to request a new one.. took a few hours for them to bring it. The overall experience was and i wouldnt stay there again.

The elevators were not well maintained and didn’t appear clean. People were in the parking deck smoking weed each time my family left and returned. Staff were very accommodating.

Rooms were not clean

The pool is not like the pictures on Expedia. No umbrellas, broken/old chairs. This was disappointing as we picked the hotel for the pool.

AC never went below 75. 75$ deposit. 45$ overnight parking garage AND 15$ just for diving in at out of the parking garage. That’s ridiculous.
