Water heater did not work. Both water in the sink and tub did not drain. When I tried to adjust the temperature on the thermostat on the wall, it fell off. I received no room service on the three days I stayed. I had to go and ask for fresh towels and take out my own trash. It was my worst Hilton experience.

The toilet was clogged when we arrived and overflowed twice during our stay, both times we were offered a plunger. When we stated we were not plunging the toilet ourselves, we received back talk and attitude. I was very appalled at the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff!

It was clean and quiet hotel

THis is a very old property that is bad need of a full renovation - it smelled musty -the bathroom was "beaten up" - and rough. The breakfast area was marginal, too - as was the breakfast - the only redeeming quality -was the price - which was great!

Ease to food and quiet, unexpected charge to park my car on a prebooked stay.

Fine basic hotel. Staff friendly and efficient.

Everything was Great. Down side there is No Exhaust fans in the bath rooms to suck out the stink after you go to the bathroom.

I made a mistake on my reservation, but the General Manager Jamel did an excellent job of getting it straightened out with Expedia. He certainly went the extra mile. That is great customer service!

Nice facilities.

The area around the hotel was fine, it was close to Downtown Matthews. The hotel was easy to check-in to using the Hilton App. The room had ripped carpet right in front of the entry door. Possible tripping hazard for those using a walking assistance device. The room had an odor consistent with something being wet and souring. Since I was traveling alone, it did not bother me to the point to request a different room. Though I would have if my spouse had been with me. I most likely will not stay at this location or chain again. I usually stay at other Hilton properties (Double-Tree or Embassy Suites) with a much better experience. Based on this stay, I would not reommend this place to a friend.

This site was close to where I needed to be for my class. This property looks like they are doing repairs from a water leak problem in the bathrooms. They did not take out my trash from my room, but I guess I was to ask for that. I am surprised as when I worked for the Hampton Inn that was my job. I was told to take out the trash, make the bed, and wipe down the bathroom. I did not get that service.

Not a clean hotel. No security on staff to control disturbances from other guests. We experienced loud continuous barking dogs, another guest playing loud music, all of this and a filthy room after driving 8 hours from PA to attend my mother's funeral!

Dirty, blood on the sheets

Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows!
