The location is great for walking to many local attractions, especially for classic music lovers. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is great. The hotel room is a bit small. Staff is very friendly.

It's my first trip to Vienna and am very glad to find this hotel in Hotel.com. The hotel is located in a relatively quite corner of the city but is just one block away from tram station and within 3 to 20 minutes walking distance to most of the major attractions e.g. museums, parks, shops restaurants and concert venues. Upon checking in, I was greeted with friendly staffs at the front desk who were also very knowledge. The room is quite clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a quiet street and is a walking distance to many of the tourist spots such as Opera House, Naschmarkt, MuseumsQuartier…etc. The hotel breakfast is very good, only the restaurant is always busy and staff may not be able to respond your request very fast. I had experienced ordering an earl grey tea which eventually not been served. Considering the volume of customers, it’s ok with me and they didn’t miss my tea on the next day. The hotel is using L’Occitane toiletries which is out of my expectation for a 4 stars hotel.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a fond memory for me that musicians who performed at the Konzerthaus were staying there, and I could hear them practicing their instruments from the next room. The only inconvenience was that the supermarket and restaurants were a bit far away.

Wir waren sehr z Frieden. Wenig Ablage für Kleidung im Superior Zimmer und zu wenig Bügel. Die Thematik Bügel wurde dann aber schnell behoben. Ansonsten gut bis sehr gut.

Front desk people were very helpful and took time to ensure we could find our way around. The location is excellent with easy walking distance to the first ring locations. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend
