酒店不错，但是hotels的服务太差了，酒店预订出现问题，发了一封邮件告知原定酒店没房就没人处理了！客人主动联系了整整一天，最终还是找了美国那边才解决问题！

Stayed for 4 nights with my 1 year old. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Lamps needed to be fixed, not as clean as it could be - especially the tub, carpeting was in need of being cleaned or replaced and there was a mold smell as you entered the facility.

Nice hotel just needs to be renovated

Right by airport so gets alittle noisy at times

Everyone was friendly, the hotel was immaculate, and the staff was exceptional.

Breakfast delicious varieties of food i love it! I ask one of the employees i needed clean towels and to take the trash out , and they ignored my request. I was staying with my Sons and we stayed 3 nights.

A lower price is the ONLY reason to consider this property. Trashy grounds and sewer smell in the bathroom. We were too worn out to fight it at 5 am departure.

Unhappy with cost of long term parking and refused to store our car keys. Location and shuttle service was convenient!

Good mattress and pillows. Quiet area. Good breakfast. Only thing that needs improvement is: there should be drapes or blinds on the rooms that have Eastern windows. The sheer curtains do not provide enough privacy at night, and in the morning, the sun wakes you up at 5:30 a.m. because it is so bright (in June).

I stayed here because it is close to the airport, and the rate was low in comparison to others around. But you get what you pay for. The bed mattress was horrible very lumpy, the room was definitely smoked in and the A/C was very loud. The TV could not acquire a signal and no one at the hotel could fix it. People were very nice, shuttle to the airport was great , property not in the safest place.

It was goid for what i needed!
