雖然不在舊城中心，但交通還算方便，房間乾淨整潔，雖然有點小。

一直以來覺得ibis是中規中矩的連鎖酒店 雖然不會有太多期待 也不會有任何一次失望過 這一次住宿體驗非常失望！我們訂了四晚 到達時酒店先是說只看到兩晚 經過好久折騰終於confirm下來四晚 又要多收我們費用 當我們show給他們看 hotel上價格時 他們的回覆是《我不會說英文 請自行聯繫hotel.com》… 上了房間不論清潔度舒適度完全都不是ibis該有的規格 總而言之非常失望！

Lovely place, friendly staff who were helpful and a really good location to both the trams, other public transport and for walking into the old town and surrounding area areas. Breakfast wasn’t included in my room however was reasonably priced and very nice. Room had air-conditioning so in the 40° heat it was very welcomed.

This was a great hotel with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Can’t say anything bad about it, would stay here again!

Quiero comenzar diciendo que el hotel está con muy poca higiene, mi habitación presentó chinches, me percaté en la noche que habían por lo cual NO podía quedarme a dormir ahí, le comunico en recepción eso y su solución fue darme otra habitación que TAMBIÉN TENÍA CHINCHES, al yo rechazar la otra habitación porque no podía dormir ahí, si me picaban en la noche o se me metían en la maleta iba a ser terrible, entonces decidí quedarme en el lobby. Yo propongo que me cambien de hotel ibis, ya que a 5 min de ahí se encontraba otro Hotel Ibis budget, lo cual me dijeron que NO, me recomendaron otro hotel de paga para trasladarme. Terminé en recepción toda la noche esperando a que amaneciera para ir a otro hotel, además que la actitud de sus empleados fue horrible, cabe destacar que me comuniqué a Expedia y tampoco me dieron una solución favorable, por lo cual no recomiendo asistir a un hotel que tiene chinches y que los empleados te tratan así de mal, también quedo decepcionada con la logística de Expedia y como no te ayudan a resolver.

L'accueil à la réception, personnel aimable, bons et copieux petits déjeuners. Par contre l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas bien dans la chambre.

Staff super helpful. I just wish they provided more towels. We had to ask every night for additional towels. I have been going to France for over 20 years and this is the first time I have noticed that some hotels are starting to provide less towels. We were two in a room and there weren't sufficient towels. When we did ask, staff kindly provided more but then the next morning when cleaning staff would change them, they wouldn't replace the amount they found so we would have to ask again, etc. And when I say ask for additional towels, we just wanted separate towels for body and face. Nothing crazy. Other than that, hotel was conveniently located in front of a tram that took you straight into the heart of the city, train station and airport. Could also walk to the main center within ten minutes so very conveniently located.

Average breakfast. Small room. Great location beside tourist sites and trams.

空港からのF線路面電車の停留所に近く、安全な地域でこじゃれたブラッセリーやレストランもあり、とても良かったです。フロント階の整水器は氷も出てよかったですが、各フロアのELV前にある整水器は使っても良いものかわからず怪しさ満点でした。

Das Zimmer war leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Einrichtung und Wände waren abgestoßen . Das Badezimmer hatte schimmelige Fugen. Beim Auszug haben wir festgestellt, dass in einer Ecke im offenen Schrank eine große Ecke von schwarzen Schimmel befallen war. Leider vorher nicht gesehen, da ein Paket mit Bettzeug davor gestellt war.

Such a well located hotel, clean and very comfortable. Staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Ambiance in hotel was very plesant. One of the best Ibis hotels we have stayed in.

Considering the location and that I visited during Rugby sevens, the room was an absolute steal. C. £63 a night (Fri & Sat - inc. city taxes), yards from the tram stop direct from the airport and the room (1010) I had was surprisingly big. Never heard a peep from other residents and the lifts (always a concern being on the 10th floor) were quick. Staff were friendly and the public areas of the hotel seemed well maintained.
