The front desk staff are friendly and the room is spacious. The breakfast served in the morning is simple and acceptable, but not as expected.

Staff were great and breakfast was really good. Great location and ease of parking. Comfortable beds. We had some issues with a toilet running and let the staff know on the way out.

Was in a good location close to the Ferry terminal. Looks a bit rundown on the outside but inside was nice and clean and they had a nice continental breakfast too.

The rooms were really clean and modern updates. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable and room well appointed.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. We liked the hotels proximity to the waterfront. It was a short walk to a beautiful park with a lovely walking path along the waterfront. Our stay was only one night but would come back again if we had reason to visit Nanaimo again. We’re lived there quaint little restaurant on the water where we watched the sea planes come and go. It was also within walking distance. We appreciated the decent Continental breakfast that was provided.

All was as expected. We chose not to have the breakfast. But stay was pleasant.

Staff were great. Room was clean we didn’t have breakfast due to flight times. It’s a little dated and the price is right. We Ihave stayed there three times when we have had early flights. Approximately 20 minutes from the airport.

Overall everything was clean, comfy bed. Breakfast was ok but it could do better like having toast or bagels and have cereal
