I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I paid so much money for about 6 nights but resulted I got the room with such bad view. Could you please check if they provided the incorrect room type for me?

Everyone was so helpful and made us feel so special! The location was walkable to so many restaurants, shopping and sights like Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and more!

Die Qualität läß Mal für Mal etwas nach. Die Betttischlampe gebrochen, keine Begrüßung im Zimmer, nur noch 2 Kopfkissen, die Putzfrau verschtaut den Föhn nicht, ... Das einzige was sich immer weiter entwickelt ist der Preis. Das Langham leidet eindeutig unter den chinesischen Besitzern seit Jahren, welch ein Glück für sie, daß sie das alteingesessene Personal haben.

The hotel is old world elegant and very quiet. The bar is a welcome stop at the end of a busy day. Julia is behind the bar and after the first day remembered our names and favorite end of day drink. It was my wife’s birthday trip and we were greeted with an English cake, flowers and balloons. We will be back.
