This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed

I felt like the public area was very clean and comfortable. The room was a good size but needed a refresh. Carpets especially. Beds were comfortable . It was a good location for us.

Booked for the nostalgia of staying at an Embassy Suites, but learned my lesson. Checked in a little after 9 and they had no parking left through the hotel. There is parking in the same area but you have to pay an outside company which ended up being totally fine. I think I paid less for them than through the hotel. Parking at the hotel was an additional amount per night. Got to my room and there was a very loud noise in the sitting room. Sounded like water running through your house but was constant. Couldn't hear it in the bedroom though. Black out curtains had been torn towards the middle so light came through that area since it didn't close. Bath tub backed up as I took a shower, but I let them know on check out and maintenance happened to be at the front desk so she told them immediately. Breakfast was good. David at the made to order station did an amazing job. Overall stay was ok. Just think the place needs a little TLC.

I have stayed her in the past and I appreciate the helpful staff and friendliness at the check in. This made our stay pleasant.

2nd time staying here and the staff could be a bit friendlier (specifically talking about front desk staff, the. Breakfast staff are great)

Lovely stay with excellent host, breakfasts and location. Our room was beautiful, as was the whole home. Bonus pets to enjoy!

The pool is not heated.

room was clean but I wanted to use the pool and it wasn't clean and it wasn't heated.

Phone not working, not enough washcloths, no body wash in shower , room not made up after request, poor service in restaurant, poor service in bar, poor food in restaurant, room furniture worn out, noisy occupied next door, closing door hard to close, no coffee stirred, not enough cups, charged for food we never had,

I was disappointed that the pool was closed for cleaning and there wasnt a restaurant.

The room was very nice. But the garbage cans in the room weren't emptied each day so the room didn't feel clean. The hotel parking is confusing. All parking places are marked compact so with a SUV parking places were very narrow.

Complimentary drinks and snacks at the bar, very friendly and courteous stay, rooms clean, and excellent bath and shower products in the room. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations.

What a nightmare experience! Do not stay at he Embassy Suites Walnut Creek/Concord CA location. We arrived after an 8 hour drive to visit family and noticed the parkling lot was full to capacity and the arm blocking entrance was up. Dueing check with I asked the front desk guy withbthe glasses where we were to park as guest of the hotel. He said, "i dont know', "we have an event so parking might be full". He proceeded to twll me that we could park in the public lot and pay and additional fee of $24/day and each time we moved the car we would have to pay. I asked why this was not disclosed during booking time and he shrugged his shoulder. He provided zero help or compassion yo the fact that we jist deove 8 hours and only wanted to park, unoad our car, go to our room and sleep. Ive never been so disappointed in a hotel in my life. There was trash in the hallways that sat there most of the weekend. We utlimate had to walk to the bart parking back n forth to unload our car. Do not stay here.
