Great location, the entry door is hidden but the hotel is right in front of Louis Vuitton (plus I was looking to stamp my passport cover with the city stamp).

Great and friendly staff who were genuinely keen to make us feel welcome and took the time to explain the what, where, and when of the city. The room was spotless, and the welcome treat was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We really enjoyed our time there!

My partner and I had an amazing stay for our two-year anniversary and we dearly enjoyed how clean everything was, how prompt service was given, and how kind and accommodating and friendly the staff were. Truly a hidden gem that deserves more attention.

Staff was EXCELLENT! They are very helpful. Max went above and beyond with giving us information upon our arrival. Location was perfect for our travels, walking distance to shopping and not a far walk at all to St. Mark’s square. Loved the room, it was a single full size bed, it was perfect for the both of us. Wife said the room was “super cute”!

This is a wonderful hotel, romantic, centrally located, with a gracious and accommodating staff. The rooftop balcony with service is worth the stay alone. If you visit Venice, treat yourself and stay here.

Staff were for most part friendly. Rooms clean. Coffee excellent and service upon arrival. Room was very hot for October had to leave terrace door open at night which welcomed mosquitoes. Overall excellent location

The breakfast buffet was excellent! It was so very close to St. Mark's Square and the water bus departure.

Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. We love the location. We were upgraded to a roof-top terrace room with a balcony. Room is big enough and we definitely recommend and will be back. Keep up the good services.
