AI don’t often give out an excellent rating but this property deserved it. Quiet, and beautifully decorated, clean rooms. The only suggestions I could make would be in-room recycle and heavier blankets on the bed

The overall stay was great but we were very disappointed to find out the pool was out of service. We received no correspondence advising of this prior to our stay. We would have considered other options if we would have known. The room was nice, quiet, clean, we would have just loved better communication about the status of their amenities.

Clean room, nice staff, great area. The pool was under maintenance and they advertise free breakfast, however it’s not free.

Everything was good. Only theing was breakfast wasnt free. Besides that, the hotel was nice and clean.

This was a very nice place to stay. Parking was very confusing, but it was nice that the hotel had paid for parking. Over all a very good experience and beautiful view of the city

Evening staff not friendly.

Didn’t get our room we booked because they sold out?? Which makes not sense!? The next morning room service kept interrupting our stay and check was not till 12noon. The morning buffet food was cold dry and cheap! First and last for us.

We were staying to go to a concert at the Target center so we were looking for a hotel to walk from. Worked out perfectly!

Have stayed at this place multiple times over the years because it has been very good. But it’s getting terrible now. Parking prices went up, the security hold they put on your card is $275 that is absurd, I was told no more continental breakfast because of tariffs!? Explain that to me. I will not be staying here anymore. And if your staying for multiple days, they will not clean your or sheets for you.

Good hotel to stay in. Close to the university of Minnesota.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Pool and hot tub broken.

Rooms were good, but inconvenient if you need a microwave, none in room, only one to use in lobby. Also,it was not mentioned when booking or at arrival that the pool and hot tub were not available for use (no water in them, may be updating?) The breakfast was not great, i would not pay $11 to add it to your stay, definitely not worth it. But for tbeprice it's ok, nice and clean and roomy. But just ok

We didn’t get the room we booked and the room they put us in smelled really bad very smoky and the people at the front desk were awful

The hotel was fine. Check in was slow because there was one person and on a NFL day there were a lot of check ins. Restaurant didn’t serve lunch, and there are no USB ports in the room. So bring your wall plug in charger. Overall it was fine for a less than 24 hour stay to just go to the football game.

Nice location - only about a 15 min nice walk to Target field. The room was very spacious and comfortable - and quiet!! I wish I had known the hottub/pool was under construction. You take an elevator from the street to get to the Libby and then once inside the hotel another elevator takes you to your room. Good for security I guess but takes a couple minutes to get outside. The parking garage is super tight for a truck - should have just parked elsewhere for the same price. Didn’t try breakfast but $11 each sounded reasonable and it looked good. Starbucks very nearby.
