附近治安好，走出去就有超市，吃早饭也很便利，去火车站和地铁站步行15分钟以内。

Good location, very closed to main station. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious with good varieties.

有露台，好好 早餐不錯 住了三晚，服務和設施也很好，超市就在路口。 近火車站。附近也有好多餐廳可以試。

靠近羅馬中央車站，五分鐘步距離。酒店對面就有大型超級市場，非常方便。升降機很舊很慢。員工友善親切，早餐好吃。

A very nice and decent hotel. All hotel staff we met are so nice and helpful with everything. It took only 5-10 min to train station and 2min walk to supermarket. Everything was good there and I will definitely recommend it to my friends, but bring or buy your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slipper as they didn't provide one.

Near the main station (Roma Termini), it is very convenient to find restaurants nearby. The room is not too spacious but enough to stay. The breakfast is very good!

實在感到很難過而且遺憾! 在11月25號使用了Hotels.com來預訂了阿爾皮飯店 ，這是我太太與我的蜜月旅行 ，當時也認為這會是讓我們2/2下飛機在羅馬下塌的第一個難忘飯店！然而在訂房時我們還不是網站會員 ，網站當下也寄了一封確認信 ，隨後馬上加入網站會員！我們在這網站上訂了所有行程中的住宿飯店 ，但是難過的事情發生了!網站並未將此筆阿爾皮飯店之預訂資料納入我的會員訂房資料中 ，隨著時間過去 ，我也遺忘了阿爾皮飯店的預訂 ，而我們因當初行程更動也改訂了其他羅馬的飯店 ！然而在2/4我們抵達羅馬的第三天收到阿爾皮飯店的一封郵件 ，是告訴我被收取了一晚no show的房費！！！我當時還驚訝的以為我被盜刷了嗎？不過我回想找到11/25的郵件我才想到有預訂阿爾皮飯店 ，但是我想表達的是從收到確認信之後 ，我沒有收到飯店及網站關於這個訂房的任何資訊及郵件 ，上述的評分是想表達我的不滿！或許阿爾皮飯店是一間好飯店(從網站上看來確實是) ，不過我們並沒有入住 ，且hotels.com的協助真的很有限！

交通位置離車站和地鐵，走路10分鐘路程，附近有幾間餐館。飯店內很舒適，除了電梯很小之外，房間夠舒適，整體來說還不錯!!

15 mins walk to Rome Termini. Have 2 supermarket nearby. Many choice of restaurants nearby. The room is newly renovated but quite small for two guests.

very bad experience in this stay. Very bad attitude of staff to customers. Worst among all stay booking in hotels.com

The staff gave us the wrong room type. It's not the deluxe room, it's the family room for two people only. Very strange. Not good in breakfast and very bad manner of hotel staff for customers(because we are Asian?)

Convenient location near Termini Station. Nicely appointed rooms and friendly staff. 2nd stay in two years. Would stay here again.

接客、客室はとても良かったです。 最終日はチェックアウトも追加料金なしで、 12時まで大丈夫なので、少しゆっくりさせていただきました。 エレベーターは少し小さく、荷物と人で２名だと少し不安ですが、全体の評価からすると、問題ない範囲です。

We chose this place bc it was a 5 min walk to train station. Super friendly service and the neighborhood was safe with many dining options. Room was pretty small but it is what it is. We felt safe here as 2 woman. I wish they had some food options in the hotel but it’s a great place.

スタッフの事前の応答もよく、ベッドもよく眠れる物でした。しかし、壁と床の隙間に間が空いており、蟻がいました。何度もホテルに訴えた際に、すぐに部屋に来てくれたことはありがたいですが、1人のスタッフに、蟻が発生するのは部屋で食事をするからだと言われました。それ以来食事はしておりませんが毎日蟻が壁と床の隙間から出入りしていました。ベッドにもいました。ルームサービスを提供しているホテルが部屋で食事をとるなというのはおかしな話ですし、大変残念でした。

Personeel sympathique,et un bon service à recommander

Clean and spacious room with balcony and high ceiling. Super nice staff at the reception counter. We loved our stay here. Walkable from Termini station and Castro Pretorio metro station. There are also many restaurant nearby. However there was a couple of minor issues. Balcony door was impossible to open, and the plug for the bath tub did not function well - making it difficult to use the spa bath. As it was a short stay (1 night) we just ignored it, and enjoyed the other qualities of the nice hotel room.
