房間比想像中大很多，去很多地方都可以步行去到，每次入酒店都一定有職員開門，我入住的日子有下雨，立即為客人準備雨傘，由火車站乘計程車到酒店只是€7，整體非常滿意。

This hotel is in deep need for a complete remodel. It’s dated and unattractive and for the price one pays it is a rip off.

It was a good Place to stay in Rome

El hotel está muy descuidado, no parece un hotel 5 estrellas. Los baños, elevadores, muebles etc. El desayuno disponible es muy básico. Sin embargo, el servicio es muy bueno. Muy amable el personal.

We loveddddd our stay at the Grand Hotel Palace Rome. It’s close to many landmarks and has a pool/sauna you can reserve for unwinding. We got a room with a balcony and it was worth every penny. Plus if you get the breakfast option they will literally give you boxes to go when you leave the next day. Very happy we chose this hotel for our incredible stay in Rome!

Great staff. Good location. Clean

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough to settle in for five days without feeling cramped. Large bathroom with a great shower, air conditioning, and a huge balcony with a full seating area and table. I spent a lot of time out there. The room also had a Nespresso machine, which was honestly amazing. Exactly what I needed to start the day before heading out to explore. On my first night I was too exhausted to go out so I ordered room service, which was a great option to have. The restaurant was fine, nothing special, but solid enough. I’m not really a breakfast person and buffets aren’t really my thing, but it was included so I stopped in for a pastry and cappuccino and it was actually really lovely. The staff were exceptional. Attentive and genuinely warm from the moment I arrived to the day I left. They really made the trip feel special. Handled my overpacked bag (I can’t help it), helped with transport. And best of all had the room ready early since my flight came in so early in the morning. Life saving. I was checked in and showered and ready to explore. Location is a big win too. Safe, quiet, and walkable to so many sites and restaurants. As a first-time visitor I had a hard time picking a hotel and this was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but honestly it was worth every penny. Would book it again. 100%
