All of the staff were very professional and really personable. Loved every minute of our vacation.

Very clean. A very good restaurant on the premises. A very nice indoor/outdoor pool. Would recommend.

Had to change rooms because of leak/water in bathroom. Room smelled horrible. Rooms that haven’t been booked in a while should be inspected before assigning to guest. Otherwise, our stay was nice. This is our go to hotel when we visit Memphis. Hotel rooms are beginning to look a bit dated though. Could use upgrade.

Hotel was friendly and clean

To start it’s Memphis and the amount of police presence is crazy but it’s Memphis. There wasn’t much around to eat as we were flying out first thing and needed to eat early so we could go to bed early. Many of the restaurants didn’t open until early evening but not the hotels fault at all. The bed and bedding was so nice and we slept so well; however, the toilet seat was so loose that I was afraid I was going to fall off of it and the shower, while showering, filled up with at least of inch of water and that was a little gross. Other than those two things it was fine. We’d stay again knowing we know and making sure toilet and shower are properly working.

It was absolutely amazing. The staff was way more than you could ask for . Raven Tierra the bartender , the two front desk check in ladies oh my god!!! Kiss for names atm . Everyone was so so friendly and so polite. Was happy to see major amounts of families with kids and teens . The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The bloody Mary’s and top shelf margaritas were flawless! We can absolutely say that the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had and had all you could need for a hearty breakfast! The staff for breakfast was the most friendly and welcoming. Can tell they love their jobs and have been with company many many years. Southern hospitality is where it’s at! I can’t wait to come back and stay! The hot water and water pressure is more than needed for sure ! Best hit shower ever!! The warm cookies yum

Great! The fold out couch was not a comfortable place to sleep.

The waterfall in the front is marvelous. The inside restaurant is nice. All of the employees are sweet and fast. The pool is amazing.

Everything was nice

We only stayed for one night but the location was perfect for our visit. One of the main elevators wasn't working, so that gave some delay with people getting to their floors. The room was very nice and comfortable.

My stay was excellent, the room was clean,the front desk receptionist were super nice and friendly m.I really enjoyed this hotel and how can I forget those warm and good cookies. I will most definitely be coming back
