Perfectly fine airport hotel

The rooms are large and well designed. Variety of food were offered at the breakfast.Very convenient location, walking distance to the airport.

Bed bugs

Absolutely terrible stay, air conditioning not working, lady at desk said it because the sun shining on the room ! Said she look at it but did nothing except put fan in room eventually. Terrible terrible attitude and service from staff

Broken shower

There is not anything we didn’t like about this hotel. For an over night stay before a flight,, it doesn’t get much better! Everything was perfect! Will most definitely be staying again!

Personally for the cost, I feel like it’s now over priced. This hotel used to be one of the best in the Airport, but I feel it needs a revamp, the rooms need some TLC.

Brilliant location, nice and modern, quiet room. Air con not the best at all though

Breakfast was good very clean

Clean and pleasant room, staff were indifferent and not really service oriented, local parking cost was extortionate.

Didnot have a car come on train

Improve check in service and room allocation as we were give keys to room which was already occupied

Just expensive and the food quality was subpar. I think my steak was frozen before they cooked it. Dry and tough really.
