Lokasi sangat strategis. Interior hotel bagus banget, apalagi tempat gym-nya.

Bagus, nyaman, sarapan kurang enak karena setiap hari menyediakan sarapan yang sama, jadi menginap beberapa hari di sana bosan dengan sarapan, terima kasih.

Untuk satu & lain hal, awalnya saya mencoba membatalkan pesanan saya. Namun, dikatakan bahwa booking-an saya tidak bisa dibatalkan. Akhirnya, saya tetap menginap di Grand Hyatt Erawan (GHE). Sungguh sebuah keputusan yang tepat. Ternyata GHE mampu menghilangkan kekhawatiran saya (khususnya untuk F&B services) dengan memberikan service yang prima. Variasi menu breakfast-nya sangat lengkap dan enak sekali. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan shopping mall. Pasti saya akan menginap di GHE jika kembali ke Thailand lagi.

Sangat trauma, dengan ada nya insiden 6 turis yang meninggal d dalam kamar hotel, gak bisa tenang, dan gak bisa tidur, padahal saya hanya stay 2 malam, jadi takut, Mudah-Mudahan ada perlindungan dari pihak hotel, yang menjaga Customer yang nginap d hotel tersebut🙏🙏🙏

Very impressive! Special thanks to Ms. Jam who assisted us along the stay, and all the staff were super helpful (we lost our bag in a taxi and hotel staff were trying their best to track and bring it back to us). We were very thankful, they really helped us a lot. Thank you so much ❤️

Great hotel and facilities, superb location. Staff couldn't have done more for us and were super friendly. Rooms were really comfortable and quiet. Will be my regular option for Bangkok short holidays.

One of the best hotel gyms and spas I've visited. They have a steam room, sauna, hot tub & cold tub, on top of a really nice swimming pool. Wonderful service. Laundry was fast & came same day. Gaston has live band music in the basement if you like french food. The cafe across in the basement also has nice & interesting coffees and chocolates for the busy working person. Bellboys were very kind to assist with taxi hailing and chambermaids managed to return items to us that we had left in the room prior to check out just in time before we moved to next hotel. Am very grateful for the care and hospitality. Thank you Hyatt for being the choice hotel for globalists like myself

Hotel yang nyaman dan bersih. Lokasinya di pusat kota, jadi dekat kemana-mana. Kamar bersih, hanya bantalnya yang agak kurang nyaman. Staff hotelnya juga ramah dan sangat membantu.

The room are bit a dark and the toilet door can pinched hand.

Overall a great stay. Nice room and great staff & service. Delectable breakfast. Perfect location. Very impressed.

The hotel was very good.Their staffs are very friendly. I would like have special thanks for Mr. Yos as a door staff. He was very welcoming us in the hotel during we stayed. And the breakfast was really good. Good job 👌
