Pro-tram right next door Con-couldn't park @ the hotel every night, but there was a garage 2 blocks away so not too bad

Walkable to attractions, good breakfast, elevators were broken for rhe last day and AC did not work for a day but everyrhing was fixed quickly.

No parking

The hotel was nice and in a very nice location, close to what we wanted to do. I was disappointed on my floor the hallway smelt bad. The front desk staff was not friendly or greeting. Breakfast was disappointing as well. The pancake machine was down. The man doing breakfast I asked for not French Vanilla creamer he states they were out until their delivery comes on Monday. They were out of cream cheese so he said, they had no yogurt. I went back down when breakfast was over to get a cup of coffee and there was a nice full bottle of French Vanilla Creamer. Breakfast is one of the highlights for me when I choose hotels so I was very disappointed to say the least. Other than that my stay was good.

Stayed here for a concert in the area. Close to the Venue and overall great stay. Nice room with a King Size Bed & Pull out Couch for Extra Guests.

The hotel is not sound proofed and I could hear the tram passing by and the music from the bars near by. Other thank that, the hotel was clean, breakfast was great, gym was nice, staff was great. I would stay again, perhaps request an east facing room.

Overall the room was good. The two negative comments are the room shades were electronic. They were in the down position and they would not go up. Parking was a public garage and a block and a half away and we paid for it. Location in the theater district was nice.

We loved our stay. All personnel were friendly, professional, and helpful. The lady at the desk, BW was extremely helpful and friendly. She even took us outside to give us directions to show us where we needed to go. We also appreciated the friendly service provided during breakfast by Heather. She kept the breakfast food amply supplied and clean.

Close to the theater district in Downtown Buffalo. Very nice clean room and the free breakfast was great.

Spent 4 nights on a business trip at the nearby Convention Centre. Easy walk. Room was great. Good location with nearby covered parking. Salish not have an opportunity to use any of the amenities unfortunately.

Nice weekend hotel. Love that all rooms are suites. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is decent.

It was clean, staff members were pleasant, kind, and very professional. My stay here was very enjoyable.
