It was a good stay..

Excellent hotel-small, quaint with an amazingly attentive staff adjacent to high-end shopping and steps from the Eiffel Tower.

The young barman was more concerned with escaping from the bar and having a vape across the road than serving guests. He was extremely rude when it was pointed out we had been waiting 20 minutes to be served on terrace. Challenged and laughed out loud at that suggestion - which was true. Wrong person to be working in such a prestige environment. So disappointing.

The young barman was extremely rude and unhelpful during our stay on Sunday 20th July. On our pre-paid return visit on Saturday 2nd August we were very disappointed with the condition of our room. It smelt of cigar smoke when we arrived and later smelt of dampness. There were greasy ‘forehead’ marks on the windows and a full strip of ‘Advil’ tablets on the floor by the curtain! Not acceptable standard for this overprice accommodation.

This was my second time at this property. First time the service and condition of the property was very good. However, this time my experience was very unsatisfactory.

über Hotel.com gebucht primär ein kleines , im Bad nach Kloake übelriechendes Zimmer für Invalide zugewiesen erhalten ( ist wohl die Art Kunden, welche über Hotels.com buchen zu bestrafen...). nach meinem Protest ohne Rückfrage besseres Zimmer erhalten , sonst ...!

There was pooh stains in the toilet prior to my arrival, also they gave a room that kept shaking whenever the staff would ise the doors. So basically was woken up every 15 minutes after 6.30 am highhtly dissatisfied. The front desk person Olivier is really nice though.

Hotel was elegant and cozy very nice fireplace in lobby. Excellent location Great toiletries , towels and bedding And they make a great cappuccino!
